He quickly realizes that a very large Deku Shrub is flying towards him. The Deku Shrub is carrying two large sacks. Kirbynite quickly dives out of the way, easily avoiding the large shrub. The plant-like being drops into a large flower, and quickly pulls out a sign. The sign reads "Open." Deku Merchant: I'm a merchant, see? And this is my spot! Mine! Unless... Unless you've got something nicey nice that you'd want to give up for this spot.... Kirbynite: ... *looks up into the sky* Ever since I got this form, I've been thrown into a state of confusion. Deku Merchant: Bah, if you don't have anything nice, like a Moon Tear, then shoo. You children should just look for your mommies and daddies. Or play with those annoying Bomber Kids. |

| Three more guards and one half hour later... JDavis: No luck. Guts: It seems that they don't consider anyone without a weapon an adult. JDavis: And our weaponry is too advanced for them to recognize as such... Additionally, there seems to be only one toilet in this city, and my tricorder picked up life signs from within it. This trip blows. Guts: I found this, though. *holds up a strange looking, pink, somewhat fairy-shaped creature* Stray Fairy: Please, hear my plea! The masked Japanese girl has broken me apart and scattered my pieces! Please find a way to return me to the Fairy Fountain in North Clock Town. |

| Teddylot was still bothering himself with the unwilling NPC guard. He climbed up onto the counter and began to talk to him. Teddylot: 'sup? Guard: You are not allowed to pass through here without an adult or until you are old enough to carry a weapon. Teddylot: Oh, so that's what you want. Teddylot reached into his pocket and immediately pulled out a fanciful, old school spear. He twirled it above his head and finally posed trying to show off his skills. Guard: . . . You are not allowed to pass through here without an adult or until you are old enough to carry a weapon. Teddylot: What does this look like? A flower? Guard: . . . You are not allowed to pass through here without an adult. A vein throbbed on the back of Teddylot's head while trying to keep his cool. He couldn't. Melvin looks around, and heads for a building with a sword on the sign. Only a few minutes later, gunshots are heard, and bullets can be seen flying out of the walls. The door falls off it's hinges, and Melvin walks out minutes later, holding his smoking gun in his left hand and looking very pissed off. | Ka'ae: ... Wow. Kirbynite: Yeah.. Anyway.. *leaps up and grabs the Stray Fairy* Ok.. so.. Where is North Clock Town, anyway? Stray Fairy: ... I.. don't know. Kirbynite: Great... The Deku Dreamlander looks around. He notices the building that he stepped out of earlier is actually a primitive looking clock tower. He quickly assumes that the city he's standing in is called Clock Town, and he'd have to go north. "But where is north, anyway?" Ka'ae: It's behind the clock tower. Kirbynite: Eh? Ka'ae: The Fairy Fountain.. it's back there. You have to take the wooden ramp around that tower and keep walking until you spot a cave. Kirbynite: Wow! Hey! You're pretty useful! You'd be a great navigator, y'know? I should call you Navi or something  CRUNCH! Kirbynite: OW! Ka'ae: Don't you even dare. |

| ((Seeing that post just made me feel like posting in the stupid FLCL parody at my board....)) Kirbynite rubbed his head, and looked dully at Melvin. A few seconds later, the sky was painted with a beautifully yellow, scattered explosion. Kirbynite: ... Why did you hit that firecracker with a guitar? He shook his head. The Deku Dreamlander didn't know if he wanted to hear the reason. With an unusual looking fairy in his hand and a tiny dragon in his green cap, Kirbynite took off towards the northern part of the town. The most of the locals gave the little wooden creature some horrible looks. Kirby took the hint that Deku Shrubs aren't exactly well liked in the city. Eventually, Kirbynite reached North Clock Town. There was a playground, with swings and slides. There was a strange man wearing a green, skintight suit floating on a red balloon. Some little children were trying to use a pea shooter to pop a balloon with a weird mask painted on it. Kirbynite: So.. where? Ka'ae: 'Tis before your eyes. Kirbynite: ... Oh! That cave over there... but.. it looks creepy looking... |
