I want to make everything look like DOS. DOS cursers, DOS windows, DOS font, DOS-Looking taskbar, the works. Anyone know of any themes for any programs that will do this?

Use StyleBuilder to do your own themes and use StyleXP to get them work.
Both can be downloaded from www.tgtsoft.com. Or search for a dos style at themexp.org.

I don't recommend using StyleXP unless you got a pretty fast computer and lots of RAM. It really slowed my old 500 mhz 128MB RAM down, a lot.

If you want to do this because your computer is old/slow, it'd only make it worse, since WinXP is NOT DOS-based, you won't save any resources, rather use more. Disable all themes/styles, and visual effects, if you want it to run faster.

If you want to do it for the look... well, I feel sorry for you, your eyes, and your monitor...

It's not that hard to do what you want with any Windows from 95/NT4 and up.
