...something must have been really messed up since image saving is possible for me, hell it have been since... 0.7. Which version of Firefox did you try BTW?  I tried Mozilla, I hated it. Reminded too much about Netscape, it's similar to Firefox but I couldn't stand the bulkyness. And I noticed the longer loading time, it was a old computer with Linux I compared Firefox and mozilla on.  And i'm one of them who dosen't use many extensions, the biggest reason I use Firefox is the speed and for the addicting "tabs" (i'm not one of thoose all-in-one people). I compared IE and Firefox and firefox is way faster. IE may start 0,5 seconds faster sometimes but when it comes to surfing... And oh, my computer is spyware free. And like I told you on AIM, "1/4 the features" is the worst bullshit I've heard. I'll await your review later on, when you've finally reformatted your computer. |

| Alright, with the gestures extension, I can grant firefox another shot, but some things annoy me and I'm too lazy to figure them out at the moment: 1. Whenever you click a link on a page to go to a different page, and then hit "back", it goes to the top of the original page... not to the place you were looking at before you went to the second page. This annoys the hell out of me, since in long pages it means I'll have to scroll down every time I click a link. Help plz? 2. I hate how when you download a file, it doesn't ask you where you want to download it.. it just throws it straight on the desktop (or whatever directory.) I know you can specify a certain location with "save link as...", but that doesn't work with a lot of downloads. Help plz? |

there is 1.0 now?  , i guess i better get the new one when I'm bored...anyways, IE dominates the market but as the general population gets more education, they'll defect to other browsers. Mozilla is nice for when you don't want to open a new window, especially if you are using an internet browser remotely--or well through a terminal. But i guess not many of us are in that position... |

I do use Microsoft Internet Explorer but it's hella slow. We're supposed to be getting a new cpu along with some other crap to make it work faster. Hopefully that'll be soon. |

It is in German, but does these changes automatically for every version. Also the changes can be undone at any time  This should speed up Firefox a lot. |

Firefox  I wouldn't dream of using anything other than Firefox now. It's years ahead of IE, it has a wide range of features that you actually use, and it saves so much time over using IE. |

| I have both FireFox and IE on my computer. I have only rarely been using FireFox as I found IE to be easier to use I know FireFox has alot of good features and is more modern, but I just haven't had time to explore. |

| Before I did want to try FireFox when I had NetZero..because everything was going incredibly slow. I thought maybe it'd help speed it up. Now I don't have to but I feel like trying it for the hell of it because I hear mostly good things about it. I still have IE but don't use it. Just using the one for Yahoo DSL..DSL..yeah. | Did anyone check out the url in Jespers custom title? It's practically mandatory. It's soooo much easier downloading mass files now. Back when I used IE, I had to right click on each and every link that I wanted to save, now I can do it in one fell swoop, while doing something else. It's great if you want to download an entire directory and all of its subdirectories. Awesome. |
