| A long time after Destin and Serra had reclaimed their own bodies and had passed away the one they named Hero sat on a mountain overlooking a valley he was so used to. He remember his past like it were yesterday and how everything happened. Twelve kingdoms exsisted within a short distance from each other. Each one was restless and hoped for conquest, but none could win. When it seemed like one was going to win they were quickly overtaken. Someone concieved to take the symbols of power from them... or the swords that contained a certain power. He also knew of the danger of taking them, and what would become of the people. He decided he didn't care and walked up to the first and most important kingdom, the kingdom that was under the influence of Dark Wish. "Let me into this castle and I will help your king win this war. I know you need the help as everyone here fears to use the sword, but I found a way to use the sword without any penalties." The gaurds let him in within a heart beat.and the king and the person spoke. Half way through the conversation the person killed the king and stole the sword. The sword came alive in his hands and spoke to him... "What do you wish for Thief?" "I want all the swords! Give them to me now!" "So be it, but you won't live long after you have them. The swords cannot make you immortal and you will find that out soon enough..." The swords disappeared from the castles and appeared in the Thief's hands. He quickly escaped before anyone noticed and hurried to a mountain pass. He was told how to get all the swords and the person who told this to him said he would also reward him. The Thief quickly went to the meeting place and looked upon his boss. He took Relentless out and tried to attack his boss, but his boss just stood there. The Thief was certain he won, but Relentless spoke to him. "You have tried to take the blood of my master and I will not allow you to keep living with this crime!" Relentless backfired and killed the Thief. His "boss" picked up the swords and walked back to his home. His "boss" was a priest under the name of Lucious, his job was to gather the swords and seal them untill people were taught how to use them properly. The swords spoke though in multiple voices and drove Lucious half crazy. They wanted him to search for the correct users and to teach them. Lucious did the swords bidding and gathered the 12 children with the closest affintity to the swords. He kidnapped them and taught them how to use the swords. After a long time he told them of what he had done and gave them each a single sword, as everyone less he felt that his life would end as the last left the room. He spoke out to the young "Hero" before he left... "You must be the one that gathers the swords. I have given you Hero for this reason, and you must complete it or else the world will not survive. After yo gather the swords break the seals for their true power and reseal them here... Go now I won't live much longer..." Hero did as he was told, but he didn't gather the swords... Each wielder of the swords had gone crazy and tried to take Hero from him. In this way he got 10 of the swords. The only sword he had left to get was Relentless, but this one was harder. The wielder had almosted freed the swords power, but the young Hero inturpted him. They fought for a long time and Hero someehow got the sword. He never freed their true powers though and felt as if he failed the entire time. "Now I must correct my last mistake... I will not allow these swords to continue working the way they do. I will confront each of the gaurdians and fight them, but I know I can't do it alone... I will need some help, for now I will go to the nearest town and hope there is someone strong waiting..." Hero walked away from where he had been sitting and headed towards a town in the distance. He knew the task would be hard, and he knew what would happen at the end. The only reason he stilled lived was because of the swords and if they were sealed he doubted he would continue living. Still he continued on and reached the town. He whatched in the town square trying to detect any talent around him. He felt it would just be easier if someone walked up and asked him what he was doing, since he was very odd looking as the only one with weapons in the entire town. | A man appears to be heading towards Hero. He his wearing an outfit similar to a wandering samurai (If you watch Ruroni Kenshin, it is similar to his outfit) with a sword in his belt. His hair is jet black and his eyes are steel blue. He stops and looks at Hero curiously "So who are you, and what is with those dozen of swords?" OOC: This is Kire, the Samurai Palidin. eariler he used his detect evil on Hero, assuming he isn't evil... |

| "I have to free their powers so I can seal them away. Normally I wouldn't ask for help, but I can see that you are strong in one way or another. I hope you don't mind me asking, but do you want to help me?" Hero had looked at the Samurai with an odd look in his eye. He knew what each demon was capable of and he could tell Kire would be able to almost stop one of them without much of a problem. Well except the fact that the special abiltity could prove to be hell. OOC No Hero is not evil or else he would be called Villain...   |

| Looks at Hero thoughtfully "Sure, good always needs doing, sometimes on a wider scale as well. Don't see too many threats to the world these days." So... first we need as many as are willing to help. OOC: Sorry about the slow response, I was hoping someone would join, and I had to think about this. OOC I know  "I don't think there may be to many people in this area..., but I am sure one should appear sometime soon." Hero walked more towards the center of town and opened himself up to a power. The power let him feel others power all around, but he couldn't help himself while doing this. He could feel slight powers, and hidden powers, but nothing to help. |

| "We don't need to worry about demons. As soon as I free the first swords power I will be able to wipe them out with not much of a problem. Follow me." Hero walked towards the edge of town brandishing the sword Hero. It was required that he should free his own sword before the rest, or he couldn't defeat some of the other. He walked forward knowing what he had to face, and just hoped his partner wouldn't freak out. |

| "Right now the sword will just protect certain people from death. Of course when its abilities are freed I am certain it will prove to be the most powerful. As I said lets ignore them for now. We need all the strength we can get for our first fight." Hero again tries to walk away towards the valley. He knew what would be waiting and hated it beyond anything. Chances are he wouldn't be able to win the first fight, and he wasn't too confident right now either. |

| "We are here... Be careful, when I start this fight, there won't be anyway to stop it untill we are dead or it is." Hero walked up to a rock that jutted out from the ground. He brought Hero out of its sheath and held it before the stone. Light flared from the rock and consumed both Kire and Hero. The light faded and Hero didn't have any of his swords and he had a different spear. The sword Hero was floating not that far away as if something gripped it, and then what gripped it showed itself. A knight in red armor stood with his hand on the sword and had already started to charge Hero. "Careful what you do! This knight is going to be one of the strongest humans you will ever encounter." Hero jumped over the knight knowing that a direct attack would have proved useless. The knight turned back as Hero thrusted forward with the spear. Hero flashed and the spear went off course, but Hero had enough time to recover without getting hit. |

| "Well then, this looks most unusal" Kire assumes the offensive stance of Ryuu, which can lead into a few attacks. Not knowing whatever this Knight can do, he decides to use one of his faster attacks "Ryuu Denkousekka Batsu!" Kire charges straight towards the Knight, and at the last second, draws his sword into an attack of incredible speed. OOC:I'll just leave Knight alone, as I have no idea of what he can do anyway. Also, Kire needs to learn why a direct attack would end up useless . |

| OOC He can't die by normal methods and that is about it. Hero jumps at the knight and stabs the spear straight at him. Hero (the sword) flashes again and a barrier goes around the knight. The barrier started to give away, but it shot Hero (the person) back. Hero landed on his feet and jumped away with enough time to side step the knight's attack. "We have to overpower the sword, there is nothing else we can do. Hurry up!" |

| OOC sorry about that I am kinda of distracted I hope you don't mind if I mod your attack a little. Hits the energy shield about the same time as Hero, but Hero called out not seeing Kire. Hero began to force his blade harder against the knight's shield and cracks started to form on the energy shield from the extreme amount of strain. |

| Their combined attacks succeed and the Hero sword flashed one last time and then stopped all together. The knight panic and slashed towards Hero, but soon found himself in a very bad situation. Hero had actually caught the sword without a problem and ripped the sword from the knight. "I believe this is mine, now demon, you have been defeated. I believe you know what comes next." "Yes, I know, and you may have won this battle, but you know I will be back." The demon spoke with a very muffled voice, but it soon disappeared into a cloud of smoke. Hero held the sword up and it flashed very brightly. Hero brought the sword down and heard it speak to him. "I am Legendary, the true power of the sword of heroes. You have unlocked my power, but be careful. As Hero I could not slay another hero, but the rest of the swords won't care." Hero stepped back towards the village and looked at Kire. "Ok now lets deal with those demons. I need to test this sword against a lesser demon before I try anything to a greater one." OOC Yes people please join. |

| A mysterious person looks down at the carnage below him, while kneeling from the top of a nearby building. He wears a cloak with the hood up. He thought to himself, These warriors have business with the 12 swords...They may be of use. He jumps off the building, flips about three times, then lands on the ground next two warriors, with his two daggers drawn, oddly. You two look like you could use a little help. The names Hills. He launches himself at the nearest demon and slashes with his swords in a cross. The demon is torn into quarters. Hills lands near them. A little help here? I can't take them all. |

| Kire says to Hero "Do you know this guy?" The flying demons all swoop down and start spitting lightning at the three heros "Ryu Tokoyo Sukai!" Kire swings his sword at a demon, and the demon gets cut in half, and continues to use his attack on the others, as he takes the electric attacks without stopping "These demons are not very powerful." OOC: This attack is using the air to attack, just as if Kire had swung his sword and connected. |

| "I have never seen him before... At least let me take care of these demons..." And with that Hero pulled out Legendary and pointed it into the sky. At first nothing seemed to happen, but then tremendous energy began to show around Legendary, a different energy, but just as tremdous, started to show around Hero. Soon the energies began to merge and then they shot into the sky and horde of demons. The demons all seemed to be engulfed by the attack and Hero stood with the sword sheathed. "I didn't get that far into the energy of the sword. A mild dose to say the least. I will just have to dig deeper next time. Now lets head to the next shrine, and do you want to join us?" The question was aimed at Hills and it seemed rather distant as if Hero said it more as an after thought. He began to think that he would be able to fight all the rest of the demons in the swords if he needed to, but it wouldn't be very smart... |
