| Wow. I guess they figure since Final Fantasy series has gone downhill drastically, they'll just make a shit ton of spin off games and movies based on FF7. wow. awesome. i cant wait. ugh. Square needs to pull their heads out of their asses and go back to making QUALITY GAMES instead of games that are good for nothing but graphics and gossip. Up untill the PSX, damn near EVERY SINGLE SQUARE GAME was amazing. Theres a few that fell short, but since FF7, 9 of 10 games square haas brought out blows. |

| It's an unannounced genre, I'd find it hard to believe they could pull through something other than an RPG for this. And will they just let this series die already...they already screwed X with X-2...it's like DB Z to it's GT...just let it die. Not that I don't mind 7...far from it...it's a great game...but don't be fscking it up with fanboy sequels. |

| That's "Beyond Crisis", that Cell phone game, and it's \a PREQUEL. I'm looking forward to this, and I actually loved FFX-2 too. (The humour in that game is still pretty cool.... far from being as 'disasteriffic' as people make it out to be. I hope it's a Devll May cry type of game, that or a rocking bemani game... | I loved Vincent, it's be pretty neat of Square did something unorthodox with him. I can't seriously see his adventure being an RPG, he seems too actiony to do that. A Devil May Cry style, perhaps. It'd fit in with his demonesque transformations. But the problem with an action game is that Square, with the exception of Kingdom Hearts and possibly Einhander, doesn't do action games all that well, so I'd be pretty surprised if they managed to pull off a high-powered action game with Vincent. Meh, I guess that's the fanboyism in me talking. |

I'd rather see some more come out of VI. Why no t make one of those fancy DVD things for it? Hm? Taunt us with beautiful character renders in Anthologies and nothing ever comes of it  hell, that'd make a GREAT in theatre movie, much better than Spirits within...though I suppose a DVD only release could work too...as long as the next FF movie isn't like...some mystic Quest/Crystal Chronicals hybrid  and on the subject of FF media...has nayone ever heard of that anime Final Fantasy Unlimited, or somthing of the like? I saw it in a store last night, but knowing Square's track record I was hesitant to pick one up. |

| Final Fantasy Unlimited is a good show. I watched it a few months ago and found it to be pretty interesting. As for this new title, Dirge of Cerberus, it could end up being a good game. I'm pretty sure they will make something good out of it actually. However, some people won't like it as always, but it will probably end up selling over one million copies in North America alone, so it will all be good. |

| hmm, I agree that it's stupid of Square to be making sequals. anyone notice that it all started with Square merging with Enix? it might have started before that, I'm not sure. but you have to admit they left FFX open for a sequal, with that final scene of Tidus swimming somewhere after he supposedly disappeared, but X-2 was messed up, I agree. they could have just left it at that, and never made X-2. I hope this sequal to VII is much better than X-2, otherwise I'm gonna be ticked. |
