Hey! I made a cool game! It's called "I poisoned half the food, so if you eat you might die!" Have a taco.

It also started to ring, and right now it kinda itches. There was no loud sound or anything, I was just sitting at the compy, enjoying a nice bowl of pie, and then it started ringing, then I noticed all the sound was coming from the left...

... Anyway... My hearing returned, so clearly it's not too big of a deal. I just wonder why it would do that...

Aioria, it's a perfectly common experience. Stop overreacting.

First, clean your ears just in case. Odds are they just "popped" kinda like if you were on an airplane. It happens to me occasionally - maybe every couple of weeks, but only for a minute or two.

I think you're close, yeah.

Don't ask me what causes the buzzing, but as long as it only happens once in a while and not several times a day, you're OK.

Yeah, I know it's common, I was just commenting on how there was seemingly no provocation, and it itched afterwards.

Clean your ears out with hot water. Leave the water in there for a few minutes and then rinse it out.

I get a ringing in one of my ears from time to time and it does come out of nowhere. But my ear doesn't itch afterwards. That might or might not have something to do with the fact that I clean out my ears everyday.

Dude. That has to be the worst reason I've ever heard to tell someone to go see a doctor. I don't much care to see one period.

My eardrum burst a couple times when I was younger, and now I apparently have a lot of scarring in that ear.

I also can't hear 100% out of that ear sometimes, but it's usually not too big of a problem.

This happens sometimes to me, first times it worried me but now... it usually happen at the computer for some reason. If not it's in the bed I notice. And I don't deaf in the ear at all, just a ringing sound.

It happens to me a few times per year, not that often.

I would only go to the docter if the ringing lasts for hours.

I agree. A sudden ringing sound in your ear followed by a total loss of hearing is no reason to see a doctor. I think I'd be rather worried myself.
It's happened to me a few times, but I was still able to hear out of it a bit. It goes away after a while.

Once I woke up and found that my vision in my left eye was really blurry, I was afraid that eye was going blind or something...it turns out I was just sleeping wrong and that side of my head was kinda mashed into my pillow...it was OK after a couple of hours.

It wasn't directed at you, and yours certainly didn't have a sarcastic tone to it.
