| im actually suprised there is no thread on this....well, its seems like Canada and Finland will be facing each other in the finals on tuesday, so i made this poll, who do you think will win.....Canada, or Finland. also, yesterdays game against Czech republic, was awesome, especially the overtime goal, that gave canada the win  (edited by Dcahrakos on 09-12-04 01:53 PM) |

| I, too, was surprised nobody made a thread about it. I could only watch the 3rd period and the overtime in yesterday's game. As for who I think will win: I'd say Canada. Not only because I'm Canadian, but because we rock! |

| As another one of the Canadians here, I say that Canada will triumph over Finland. I myself was feeling overjoyed when one of Canada's players, Brad Richards, brought the Stanley Cup to my home province, but I'm definitely going to be even happier if he and co. win tomorrow's game. | Canada SHOULD win. On paper, we have the better team overall. We're 5-0-0, Finland's 4-1-0. The two best teams of the tournament meet in the final, which is how it SHOULD be. I'm not ruling out Finland though... some definite talent in that team and if Kipper's on his game, they have a good chance. But I just can't see that happening.  4-2 Canada. |
