| Hello all, Im Mr. F-Zero (Ben to my friends) and I found this site from FuSoYa. Its very nice and I hope to stick around in the future (Im usually at a F-Zero board, naturally). However, I have some questions that I would appreciate being answered. Basically, I have no experience of using ROMs and emulators. I have downloaded Lunar Magic and ZSnes, and I have a SMW ROM available. But, I don't know what to do next. I only want to edit a few levels and generally mess around, I dont have enough time to do complete overhauls of SMW (though I really would like to...). Basically, how do put my ROM into ZSnes and start LM to modify levels? Most places give you a chance to download emus and ROMs, but don't tell you how to use them. Sorry if I sound dumb or uninformed, but I guess I am.  |

| You download an emulator Program like ZSNES or SNES9X and you download some roms, then you open the Emulator program and choose open rom from the menu. Simple as Cake! | |||

| Well, I downloaded the ROM, but it doesn't go into the emu. Its a file in the same folder that contains my emu and LM. How do I get the ROM into the emu? I downloaded the ROM and then the emu, and on Open there was nothing. | |||

| SNES Roms can only played in SNES Emulators...GENESIS Roms can only be played in GENISIS Emulators...so on and so on. If thats not the problem try downloading a different rom and see if it works. |

| Um, yeah... There's really nothing complex about the ZSNES or LM GUI's. They're pretty straightforward. All other questions about this would go into Rom Hacking. Welcome.  |

| And WHAT is wrong with Romhackers??? Welcome, F-Zero. I've tried SMW editing and it's WAY too complex. See, I'm the kind of person that's gonna want to change every little thing no matter what. There's my weakness. I'd stick with NES Rom hacking any day. But hey, everyone has different interests. For you it's SMW, for me it's MegaMan. (Although if they had a MM7 editor, I'd use it... but they don't.) And you mean to tell me that nobody gave you ice cubes yet? Well, they will soon.
