And because claymation is included, I must say that The Nightmare Before Christmas, from Tim Burton, is one of the greatest pieces of animation ever, and certainly the great claymation ever. It took 5 years to create that movie! It was brilliance, in every sense of the word! Besides, I find the plot quite entertaining, and the movie itself as entertaining. The only reason I know this stuff is because I am learning to do claymation in Animation class right now. So, since there are too many animated movies to make a poll, I will let everyone tell us directly what their fav is, and why, or if not why, then what makes the movie great anyway. |

I was gonna pick Nightmare Before Christmas as well. Maybe not the greatest movie ever, but certainly the greatest animated one, and positivly the greatest claymation movie.

Well I have two favorites but there are others I like too. First, is Princess Mononoke. Great animation and the idea of animal spirits living is cool. Second, is Spirited Away. I like how they did the storyline with the Other worldy spirits.

Next to Anime, I love the Rejected cartoon Even though it's bunched with the silliness of flash movies, it's a level above them. It took a year to make with paper and pencil |

Mi like Nightmare Before Christmas, I used to watch it a couple times because of that channel Starz Cinema and they played it at certian times and at each time I'd watch it. That was a few years ago but that's one of my faves along with Finding Nemo

I've not yet seen nightmare before christmas. But the animation is very good. I don't know if I have a favorite animated movie. Finding Nemo was good though. I went to see it in theaters and then went home and watched Reign of Fire. Never do that. Finding Nemo made Reign of Fire look like it was rated G.(it was rated PG-13)lol |

Fritz the Cat. You kids probably haven't heard of it, nor will you probably ever see it, but it does truly kick ass. |
