I'm pretty sure this has happened to some people; you're typing in the title of the PM and you hit enter, or you hit send. Whoops! You sen't a blank PM!

I think we need protection for that, like we have with blank threads or blank replies.

I have only done it once, during my newbie days I was sending a quick PM to a admin on another Acmlmboard.

This is a easy fix so why not?
