I believe it was invented by AOL. But your reckoning still stands, if not even more, Sephiroth.

I'm a vampire!

...actually it used to be in the way when I used [tags], now I just use plain HTML but still.

There used to be a bug where you couldn't have a smiley in the beginning of a line.

The hardest smiley to write is

I used to do that too, but instead I use the <z> tag between > and :. Works fine.

Heck, I use the <z> alot for forcing it too force HTML code to show up, but there should be a better way...

It's even worse than I thought.
*Sephiroth7231121 draws his weapon and runs away as he sees AOL instruct their users to use that word.

You shouldn't be able to do that. The > in <z> would still form the smiley.

...well your right. Where is my brain today...

A simple blank space should help most of the case. Like here: reply

AOL failed in Sweden, AOL hadn't done well outside America at all from what I know. I wonder why...

I'Ve always been wondering why alot of people are using AOL. Only because it's a BIG compagny (?) now? I prefer small & local ISP, because they give you so much, at a low cost. Heck, I've seen some ISP giving DSL connection for around 15$ a month (Canadian Currenty)

As a user of said shit service (now only during emergenicies, like, uh, last night) I can say that it ireally is easy to use.

YOu hit "sign on" and blam. You're online. After a good 4 minutes.

They give you all of the shit options right off the bat, assuming you like 5 news items, you mailbox, and the weather as the only thing you look at.

Plus they claim "EXCLUESIV KEONZTNENT WAFELl.!"

...

Sigh. In any case... people are stupid.

I'm going to make it my goal to annoy GB-K by using all those "queer" smilies in my posts. I mean, why would you call them queer? I know you don't want to use the other word, which would not be nice at all... But come on! Having so many well-made smilies on the board to be used in posts and threads is what makes it sooooo cool!

...Of course, you could just be making a sarcastic comment.
