| Or any other sort of coding. I am planning on building a site mainly for Game design and scripting. My staff (Which I am looking for) will create programs For designing games (Like Rpg Maker) Game Designers who know how to design games. And possible create a MMORPG. The site will sell the Programs/Games and staff will gain a profit for each sale. All I need is a talented team. I am not advertizing Because I have not started the site yet or Have I showed you a link of some sort. | Game design (you don't need to capitalise it, it's not a proper noun) is not a type of coding. It's the art of understanding how to make an experiance that a user enjoys. I'm decent at that. I'm also a pretty spiffy coder, though the only language I'll be able to use for a bit will be Visual Basic. What've you got that would make me want to do it with your group rather than form my own or do it myself? |

Well, this is a really hard work you will get. Create this programs are not easy. And keep in mind that the games/programs MUST be very good, or people will get a better one for free. You'll also have to make the things easy to the users like of your work. Anyway I hope you have good luck on your project! |

| I should be fairly good at it after next year (in addition to my already 'ub0r l33t0r' coding skills), doing a Games Programming module _o/ But, it's always a joke that there are lots of people more willing to design websites for projects than there are people to actually do them  |
