Answer to that wonder is 'no'. If you don't know your HTML/CSS, then you really don't have much business making a layout...in which case you could always ask for it in the request thread. Alternatively, you could always head to W3Schools and learn from there. If you did know HTML, you would know that you need it for a PHP board posting layout that uses headers and signatures. If you wanted something around what you were blabbing about...it'd look something like this:

| bordercolor (and all of his variants) aren't real tags accordingly to the W3 HTML Chart. But most browsers support it. IE make them ugly, Firefox auto create bordercolorlight & dark, as for the other I don't know |
