| Honestly this is just a little thing that kind of annoys me, but I figured I might as well suggest it. When you post a new thread, it takes you to it. Then you go to the forum, and it says one view. That one view is you. I don't know, it just annoys me, and I dont think it would be that hard just to make it one less, that way you would actually know when someone had seen it. |

| It says one view because one user viewed it. If you don't want to view it, hit stop before you are redirected. Then nobody will have viewed it, and it will say 0 views, as it should. | |||

| there are some phpBB board hacks that do not count the poster to the threads Views. it would be possible, and i'm sure easy to not increment the Vew count on the first view, or views by the user. i have never actually dealt with the acmlmboard source, so i'm not talking from experience, keep in mind. just experience with PHP in general. although i'm not sure the difference between one thread view is really worth the trouble. at least in my opinion |

| Really, there's no real point to it. But it'll be easy to add with something like this: if($loguser[id] == $thread[starter]){ } else { //Views +1 } Not really hard. Of course, I wrote this from 1.8 experience. |
