| Linkin Park aren't rap metal. Rap Metal is more like Rage Against the Machine. Linkin Park are Nu-Metal, if anything. Besides, the sub-genres are stupid, and really can't possibly describe every band out there. |

Black Sabbath created heavy metal, and just what has Linkin Park done that's so magnificent? If it wasn't for Black Sabbath, then Linkin Park wouldn't exist or any nu-metal acts before them for that matter. To even use the two in the same sentence is utterly redundant.
