I recently found some "PCS7" files, that said they were certificates, with duplicate titles of some of the .smc files (the SNES ROMs). What could they be? Do I need them or not?

.spc files, right? Apparently, Windows has that weird certificate thing set for .spc by default, but .spc is better known for something totally different, SNES music files Load them in WinAMP with a SPC plugin |

PCS7 files are digital signatures attached to e-mails that will show you that a message is digitally signed.... and can even be used as a key to encrypt e-mails if both parties have a PCS7 Cert
