well...does she want the job again? if she doesn't, then we shouldn't add her as a mod just because her name is there...anyways, it is like that toyota motor company--the company is still named toyota but there isn't a toyota running the company

anyways, to summerize the questions so far:

neotransotaku asked, "what exactly is a headache?"
Trunxy/Dogan asked, "Which is better: Street Fighter or King of Fighters? "
HighSorcerssDelial asked, "What song do you think they should make into a DDR song?"
Mighty Kefta asked, "Do you think that Christi should be a mod of this forum again, consdering her name is in the forum title?"

Yes I HAVE let the questions pile up haven't I? Work's been half-killing me as I've only had one or two hours sleep in the past week due to the amount of overtime I've been asked to do, The environment is getting steadily worse but, ah well.... I've just got the paycheck to think about.

Neo - A Headache? Blimey, it's like saying "What is a cold?" you see there are MANY different types of headaches, and the ones i'm going to describe isnt an exhaustive list, just the most common ones.....
A Stress Headache - Or like those you get when there's loud noises, or when you're stressed. This happens when the blod vessels in the head expand to let more blood through them, this presses on the nerves and causes pain in the head. This is solved by taking asprin, as Asprin thins the blod, contracting the blood vessels.
A Sinus Headache - Like those you get with the flu. This happens when your sinus cavities fill up with sinus fluid, but because it's blocked, there's no escape and this causes pressure building up between the eyes and pain ensues. Decongestants help against sinus pain, as do specialist medications designed to lessen the sinal fluid.
A hangover - It's theorised that Hangovers occur because the brain is dehydrated, and that this is the body's way of telling us something's wrong. There is no medical cure for a hangover apart from drinking plenty of water to alleviate the deydration.

Trunxy - Hmm... you're making me choose between Mai and Chun'Li? To be honest I've played more SF games than KoF ones so I'd have to go with the former, however I actually prefered Mortal kombat over both of those

Delia - When it comes to Stepmania, you can make any song you like into a DDR one (i'm working on making steps for my own songs in my spare time), but if you're refering to a home/Arcade release, well living in the home of dance music and trance like I do, there's a LOT of songs that would make great DDR ones You can look for these over a P2P programme if you like, but "Fast Food Song" by the "Fast Food Rockers", would be a good one, "Push it in" by Basment Jaxx or, even better "Fly on the Wings of love" by Xtm and Dj Chucky featuring Anna.

Kefka - If she wants the job, then sure, but Femine's name was in the forum title for AGES, even though she was AWOL. *shrugs* I'd leave that decision to the people in charge meself

Christi isn't a mod because she didn't want to be anymore if I remember correctly, or she was too busy or something. Her name is just still in the title because everyone has been too lazy to change it.

Hey, Elmo. You missed out Migraine headaches.

Some people also get withdrawal headaches as well.... I get then when I forget to take my Zoloft... some people get them if they forget to have their coffee.

Incidentally, Caffeine is used medicinally in the relief of migraine headaches, as it enhances the response to simple pain relievers.

Yeah, I quit because it was stressing me out and felt like whittling down the number of LMs since there were so many at the time. I like my powerlevel at 0, though closing threads isn't too bad.

Taryn - *nods* I left out migranes because I admit that I've no idea how they're different to other ones nor how they're caused. My medical training doesn't quite take me THAT far, after all most of what I have to deal with is INSIDE the skull

Christi - Isn't the usual power level of Users "1", if I remember correctly, a power level of 1 means you're banned.

Actually, banned users are level -1.

Normal users are Level 0.

And Local Mods are Level 1, Full Mods are Level 2, Admins are Level 3.

Hmmm, somehow Malow got on lvl 4... and he/she has red text! I want that!

OK, right, my question...

Have you ever been to the United States, and if so, what was it like here, and what do you think of its people?

Malow is a Server Admin, isn't he/she? that's why they're level 4.

To answer your question, yep! Twice. My Ex is American so I visited her two times in Nashville, but on the way I stopped off in Philidelphia (Philly Cheese Steak is to DIE for!), Chicago (nice Train system in the airport, plus great Hot dogs and Pink Lemonade!), and Washington (TGI Friday's SHakes are great, and the best coffee on earth is served there. I also met Warwick Davies whilst stranded there for 9 hours).
As for what I think about the US in general, well my visits dispelled a lot of what I thought about the place (like the fact that your fast food restaurants have bigger servings than ours. McDonalds in the US Has IDENTICAL servings to MCDonalds in Rhyl, down the street). I was blown away about how HUGE everywhere was, I mean I'm so used to walking everywhere, in the US, that's just impossible. I think your record shops are inferior to ours (mind you, I WAS in Nashville so there was a definate Country bias), your videogame shops are much better, I think you've got a very strange view of the UK and it's people (When I was buying some perfume for my mother I got into a conversation with the assistant about the band - "Human League", they split up 15 years ago and he never realised it.)
On my second visit, I had my more memorable (non ex related) experiences. Firstly I visited one of your high schools, and it surprised me to find they're EXACTLY like they are on TV with the cute lockers and everything. I had to give a speech at 2 classes, one was a work experience one, and another was (fittlingly) at an English class. The questions I got were illuminating and sometimes inane ("Do you have TV?"). They were very surprised to find we had so much in common. I liked the same TV shows they did, we liked similar music, we ate similar fast food. I found the whole "pledge" thing strange and a little creepy, but I loved the math class I went to, I wish I had my ex's math teacher, she was so enthusiastic (and her name was Mrs Angle - perfect!).
I also attended prom, and this was another planet to what I'd experienced. We have NOTHING like this back home and it was very cool. I think we should have prom nights. However, you need to get a better taste in music
Overall I found the people very nice and welcoming, it;'s only when I was in Philly I saw some people as being downright rude. The place where I stayed (my Ex's friends house), they made me feel like one of the family. It was like living in a home away from home.
I was more than ready to move over there, and if my Ex hadn't dumped me, I'd have married her and be living over there right now.

ne, Elmo, didn't you long for Britain sometimes when you were there?
(or were you there for only short periods of time?)
I know I can wish for the most stupid things, being here, such as my chocolate, or certain kinds of cheese they don't sell here.

I was only there for a week or so at a time, but you know what I DID miss? Itr's weird, but I missed Welsh. I'm so used to seeing everything bi-lingual, I missed it
That said at the time I was blinded by love, I'd have given anything to stay longer.

And she was blinded by the light. Cut loose like a deucshe [or is it deuce?]
Another runner in the night. Blinded by the light
She got down but she never got tight, but she'll make it alright

EDIT: ...That was a question...I think...

Saber - I'm cool because I've had plenty of practice at it, and if you're refering to the Ex, I'm not going to kill her, and besides, if she doesn't return my grandmother's engagement ring by the end of next month, My dad will do the deed for me.

Lord Rahl - No, and no, but from the pictures I've seen, it looks a lot like home
