This is specifically for those people who haven't yet played the e-Reader levels, won't be able to due to living in the wrong country or not having the money, disapprove of emulating it for whatever reason, or have attempted to emulate it and failed.

As far as I know, there are 12 known e-Reader levels at this stage... So here's screenshots from the first five of the 'Mushroom' set of levels.

SMW hackers take note; each of these levels are more enjoyable than most levels designed by people with Lunar Magic. Just a point. ^-^

Slidin' the Slopes

Vegetable Volley

Doors o' Plenty

Some of the stuff in these levels would make virtually all SMW hackers green with envy, aye.

There are of course, more than just these five...

If the images don't appear, then my bandwidth has probably gone for awhile. Give it an hour or so and return.

Not really green with envy, several of the things shown aren't possible with SMW, or at least not without several ASM hacks. I'm uncertain as to why you brought that up, actually, as that is clearly SMB3.

But then Fyxe it's designed by people who probably have designed levels before. And of course they are better.

Already played thoose stages (for many months ago, thanks to DJ bouche) , and they are alot better than many of the SMW hacks.

I have SMA4 for GBA, and I was pissed off when they didn't even release e-reader over here. I love emulation. (BTW I even have a hack of SMA4, it's not finished and not so great. But it's the only one so far)

Exactly. It's ASM stuff that would make them envious. Block Inserter and even BMF's wonderful ASM work pales in comparison to some of this.

Besides, it's not just the gimmicky stuff; the levels themselves are excellently designed.

Oh, and the SMA4 and SMA2 (and thus the All Stars SMB3 and SMW) engines are virtually identical, hence them throwing in old enemies easily. The beta version of Super Mario World even had blocks and the old-style Koopa Troopers that were later used in the remake of SMB3 in All Stars.

Boom.dk, I'm not sure. It would all depend on the European SMA4 having e-Reader capability. The Gameboys themselves are all identical throughout the world, it's the games that change.

I don't think it works with the European version, someone should test thought on a emulator for really be sure.

They took out the e-reader option.

As for now, there is no SMA4 editor. A such one would be awesome thought, some data already have been found.

Good thing I imported SMA4 form Japan, bad that e-cards are spare in europe. And expensive.

And I can't save the Savefile on my Cartridge, only read it. (Thats why Bouche's Savefile has my Highscore and the ability to pick leaves in the levels.)

There's many more e-levels than that, those are just the ones that were imported to North America/Europe.

I"ve played the other levels, there's 32+ of them.

How do people emulate e-Reader levels? I'd really, really love to be able to drive on the F-Zero e-Reader-only courses and would very much appreciate, say, save files that contain them.

They don't emulate, they just dump the save-file of the game.

That's what I was afraid of. This might be an illegal question, but are there any places where we could find GBA save file dumps? F-Zero Falcon Densetsu has around 20 extra courses that are only available with the eReader.
