Board wide Annoucments is stored at Forum 0. I know as I once made forum 0 the trash can on my board. It looked funny with two Annoucments...

Next time I make a trash can, I make it -1 or something. XD

The suckiest part is it's all this computer's fault. I had my own set up to display the post count in very large numbers at the top of the page, to ensure I absolutely did NOT miss it. Then I went and did it on this computer instead.

This is why we need to put in that Custom Header field like I suggested (replace the Post Radar or some other text at the top of every page with user-definable text).
