There was a hack of Dr. Mario a while ago. Just graphics, as you can't really hack much else Dr. Mario Crystal Clear, I think was the title.

Well, at least it's no Ultimate SMB3. I think I saw one of them shitty NESticle graphics hacks, but let's not acknowledge that any further.

And I suppose you could do music, fiddle with the rules a bit (how many blocks until cleared)... it's possible, but you're not gonna see as dramatic an overhaul as you would, say, any platformer.

Dr. Mario is a good game. If you want a bad game to hack, try MC Kids, Bible Adventures, Color a Dinosaur, or BeBe's Kids. Hmmm?

Since when is MC Kids a bad game? I'm not sure whether or not you have actually played the game, or if you just assume it's bad because it's a McDonald's advertisement, but I assure you, it is a great game. And most people who have played the game enjoy it... you make the game sound universally hated, or something.

Aside from the controls and graphics being wonky and BLEAH (in that order), MC Kids is a decent game in a shitty license's body.

However, if someone could hack any of the other games Parasyte mentioned into something worth playing, I'd bow down.

Dr. Mario can't be that bad if they made an N64 version. Plus the songs are cool. Dr. Mario is my 3rd favorite character in SSBM (2nd=Mewtwo, 1st=Samus).

MC Kids is actually quite good, albeit way too hard for the target audience.
