My Gamecube controller's doing stuff like that. The joystick likes to go nuts making it very hard to type.
Speaking of Gamecube, ever see one of them on low power? It just keeps switching on and off really fast.

And yeah, sometimes it changes in the middle of the game between the Swedish and the English keyboard layout. It's a very annoying bug. That happens in Gunbound for me sometimes...

A Swedish keyboard does have three extra letters,

My PS2 controller is wireless, but I have never had that sort of problem. Only thing real major, is that it lags when I press a button; sucks for when I'm playing a fighting game.
