Yeeaaaa...I'd say so. What did you have running it at the time...and when you say full speed...are you saying no frameskip?

If that's the case...I know of a few people who could use it...

Graphic effects? Go into emulation options and change the GBA screen mode to VGA. That should be the same as VBA uses.

Imoto - Excellent. Martin is a very good programmer indeed.

It'll likely only be updated when the need warrants, so don't exactly expect skins and that - that's not really part of the NO$ policy.

It's DOS, so I expect it to be faster and smoother. So, obviously, there was nothing else running.

I can't run SMA 3 on it, because it doesn't seem to support the saving function. :O

Cheats he may implement since it is just memory hacks but I don't he is going to do networking across computers because the original link code was built for debugging and you don't debug across a network...

but anyways, since it seems you guys are giving it rave reviews, I believe I'm going to try it out now I hope NO$GBA likes my .jap extensions on my files...

@Ranko: Yep, Win98 in Dos-Mode. Runs Good, but only games up to 1 Meg, but he may updates the DOS-Version when you tell him you're interessted. (I sure did).

And I may have to tell that it run in monochrome, it just looks weird in 15bit or 8bit color (screen doesn't desplay anything but some weird lines, don't think it'll do the graphicscard and the monitor any good).

@Coby: I mailed him about the SMA4 incompatibility, he may fixes flash savetype or something. (No$GBA only saves the eeproms and save types).

This is a major acomplishment. This emulator is great, and the compatibility isn't that bad. The only games i tested which i couldn't run were Mario Golf and Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow (a real shame, it's a wonderful game, think SoTN but portable).
I'm really really interested in support for bigger games in the DOS version.

I'm disappointed. PocketNES multiplayer doesn't seem to work.

If you guys can find out how (if possible, of course), I'd like to know!

Otherwise, this emulator seems OK... I'd still use VBA. Doesn't seem like you can have things like Pokemon Ruby in GBA1 and Saphire in GBA2, also... another feature that should be added.

Crashing or bad frame-skip during Mario Golf. Other than that this is a solid emu.

Are there any NES emulators that support 2+ instances? (Or for that matter, why do you need PocketNES multiplay? You need to use two different controllers no matter what.)

No particular reason... I just like PocketNES better than FCE Ultra for some reason.

That was one thing I noticed with this emulator, and that annoyed me.

I wanted to try linking between a hack and the orginal game. Too see if there is any big problems with hacked ROM's...

It runs prefectly in 24bit Truecolor at the 800mhz computer I tested it on. Even in fullscreen.

It was Mario Kart: Super Circuit I tried. The Mhz disaster 100% didn

Cool, sounds like he's starting to come to his senses. Now if it just had a debugger, maybe it'd be of any use to me.

So, how do you get it to run in DOS without it messing up? I tried to just a few minutes ago and it told me "FATAL: Memory messed up - Press any key"

Run a ROM in the Size of 1 Meg or less. Then it should work.

That
