| Schwa counters them by using the elemental to fire thunderbolts at the shockwaves, destroying them. He misses one, which hits him... which defeats the elemental. Thar she blows! The tornado surrounding Schwa dissolves away, leaving Schwa without an ally. "I'm not upset. Elementals never die, they just go back to their elemental plane. He's fine. Okay, now we'll go at it close-range!" Schwa surrounds his hands with blue ether and dashes toward APH, dodging any shockwaves he might launch. Once close enough, he suddenly disappears-- and APH is hit in the back with an ether fist. Schwa reappears and says, "Can't beat my speed. Waitwaitwait... Quoted by Hong Kong Phooey, 'I moved so fast, I didn't even know how I did it!' (insert meow of disgust) That's how it goes, right?" |

| APH falls forward from the blow, but he gets back up an says, "It's my turn to summon another monster." Summon Stone Blob! (echo effect) A grey mist materializes in the center of the arena. It forms into a blob that appears to be a pulsating, living rock. "This Stone Blob is nearly impervious to many attacks. Let's see how you like fighting a 2-on-1 battle." The blob jumps high in the air, comes down, and lands on Schwa, |

| Schwa's hands flare up with ether as the blob comes down, and he attempts to catch it. Too fast! It lands in his hands but he let go. Schwa thinks aloud. "Hmm, what else can I summon? Mind Birds, I guess. But I can only get those when I lose my cool. Literally. Oh well, guess I'll have to fight a stone blob as well. But I don't really have any attacks that could harm it very well..." Schwa does a frontflip towards APH then jumps over him at the last second, striking his ether fist at the back of APH's neck. He stays close to APH this time. | |||

| "Too slow." APH ducks in time before the fist hits him. He then has an idea. He beckons the blob to come in front of him, and his Jade Gauntlet starts to glow. He points it at the blob, and it begins to levitate. He floats directly over Schwa, then comes down at breakneck speed. | |||

| Schwa's hands flare up with ether again, as he holds his hands up to catch it. With his increased vision capabilities and concentration, he should be able to catch the falling blob. As the blob hits his hands, the ether flares up even more. Schwa wastes no time as he twirls the blob once and heaves it at the close-by APH like a steel hammer. After the attack, Schwa's panting. "Focusing psi to deflect force can be exhausting," Schwa says. He backflips to the other side of the platform, away from APH. "I'll try a normal attack in a while, but one that you haven't seen before. I've learned a few normal attacks with no name that you'll like." | |||

| "What??? That blob was moving faster than a car on a highway! How could you catch it?" APH runs from the blob, and blob falls before it can reach APH. However, it falls on his foot. "OWWWWWW!" APH is jumping around now, holding one foot while swearing some more. "Ohhhhhhh, I'll show you!" APH hands begin glowing. Corkscrew Missile! (echo effect) APH charges at Schwa with great speed, attempting to grab him. OOC: on your next post, tell whether I managed to grab you or not, because otherwise I won't know if I used this attack successfully. |

| "Ha ha! Prepare for the fury of the Corkscrew Missile!" APH says with triumph. APH begins swing Schwa round and round, due to the increased strengh in his hand from the power-up and Jade Gauntlet. Soon, he and Schwa have become a blur from going so fast. When they are going so fast that Schwa is probably about to throw up, APH jumps about 10 ft. in the air. He throws Schwa at the ground with a neat spin and flick, letting him spiral to the steel arena at nearly 70 mph. |

| Schwa hits the steel floor and plummets right through it; since he was near the edge, he should be tumbling down the mountain. But what's this? Schwa's regained his footing already and is dashing! He dashes down the mountain, makes a big U-turn and heads right back up to the platform, which now has a Schwa-sized hole in the edge. After Schwa has landed on the platform again, he comments, "Ouch, that barely hurt. I focused psi to my back to deflect most of the blow, allowing me to plummet through the steel. Oh, do you still have your Jade Gauntlet on?" True, Schwa had secretly grabbed on to the gauntlet before he was thrown, and since he was thrown at 70 m.p.h. he most likely tore it right off. |

| "Dude, you really shouldn't put that on." says APH. "I doubt you know how to use it correctly. Oh well, I'll just get it back." Magnet Sheild! (echo effect) A red sheild forms around APH. Soon, everything that is inorganic begins to fly towards APH, including the Jade Gauntlet! Other rocks and debris fly toward the sheild also. The Stone Blob is part organic, so he doesn't fly toward the sheild. |

| OOC: Of course, you never thought that I might not have the Jade Gauntlet... "Of course, you never thought that I might not have the Jade Gauntlet, did you?" Schwa mocks. It's true, Schwa doesn't have the gauntlet with him. He threw the shredded artifact into the forest below as he was racing back up to the platform. "Besides, it was torn apart when I ripped it off your hand... You threw me pretty hard, so I figured I'd leave it up to force to take it from you. I liked your yoyo better. Oh, by the way, I'm currently wondering why you haven't taken out your Speed Sword yet. I'd love to try and dodge that thing again, I think I can get past it this time. So, here I come for a melee attack!" Schwa dashes toward APH, and does the same disappearing trick as before-- flash out, hit APH from behind, flash in again. It's not teleportation, it's very quick movements. "You don't necessarily have to be a ninja to move that fast. You just need lots of training." OOC: I wonder if APH was prepared for that and counterattacked... if I was hit while using the quick attack, be sure to say so. |

| "Sadly, you forgot that I still had the Magnet Sheild." says APH. When Schwa connects, the sheild dissapears, the debris falls to the ground, and Schwa is hit with a powerful jolt as the sheild disappears. APH is now unguarded, so he draws his Parry Sword and prepares for Schwa to attack. | |||

| Schwa stumbles back, stunned. "Ouch! I thought that wasn't really a shield, just a dome of magnetic energy. Guess I was wrong. Well, here I come again!" Schwa dashes, blinks out, blinks in again then punches in the face. APH shouldn't have a lot of time to parry that one! | |||

OOC:  What do you mean "he won't have much time to parry this one"? If you haven't noticed yet in every other battle, APH has amazing reflexes, even enough to cut a bullet in half during it's flight! The only time you hit him was when he couldn't see you.APH does manage to block Schwa's attack with his sword when he blinks in again. "You don't know my battle skills very well, apparently." He says. "Now it's time for my Parry Sword to kick in." APH strikes back with the Parry Sword, doing the same amount of damage that Schwa would've done. OOC: The Parry Sword works like this: The only way it can do damage is when it absorbs damage first. the sword can only be used as a counter. When it uses it's counter, it must absorb another attack to do damage. |

| However, Schwa blocked the parry sword with an ether-coated hand, focusing psi to the hand to prevent damage. "I seem to have an uncanny amount of mana today! I don't really care to do this blocking game for too much longer, so let me end it right here." Schwa blinks out again, landing behind APH, and quickly places his palm on APH's back. Then he lets loose with an electric shock! Even if APH would've caught Schwa's hand with his parry sword, the electric current would ride the sword and shock APH anyway. OOC: So be sure to tell me if your parry sword got there first. I'm pretty confident that it did.  Schwa backflips away again and says, "Ha! Betcha didn't know I learned electricity moves! I'll tell you how I learned them, but only if you promise to make this next attack powerful." |

| Bzzzzzzzzt! APH is hit good, but not enough to render him immobile. He shakes it off and turns around. "Now, it's no mercy." APH backs up a good amount of feet and puts away his Parry Sword. He draws a new sword, one Schwa has never seen before. It has a rather large brown hilt, and the blade section has a Haz-mat symbol on it. "Prepare to fall, Schwa, under the fury of my Rocket Sword!" APH presses a button on the hilt, and the blade shoots off, homing in on Schwa! On top of that, a new blade instantly materializes on the hilt! APH explains, "My Rocket Sword has an endless supply of heat-seeking missiles, for it only costs me a fraction of my mana to form another one." APH shoots the new missile also. | |||

| "Yipe! I'll put a short-life on those rockets." Schwa fires an energy beam from his palm, which he sweeps across both missiles. He then fires a barrage of energy rings at APH, that travel at different speeds and angles, making them hard to keep track of all at once. | |||

| Schwa begins dashing super-fast in a zigzag pattern, getting closer to the spot APH is standing while avoiding the rockets. He also fires a ring at a rocket sometimes if it gets too close. Once he's close enough to APH he attacks thrice with ether-coated fists, in random spots. Then he zigzags back away from APH. He swears he was hit in the back by a rocket once, but in the chaos he can't remember. | |||
