I had bought the first issue of the manga like 2 weeks ago, And i LOVED it. So I went on ebay, and bought eps 1-30. And this Anime is Great! There's lots of adventure, and its real funny. If you haven't watched this anime, you got to go buy it! I heard its coming out In America, but it's gonna be licensed to 4kids... So I would reccomend you guys to just watch the japanese eps. As of now, i think there are only 126 episodes. My favorite character would have to be Zoro. He's the coolest! |

| It's up to 192 episodes now... as for the series, it sounded good...then i learned more about the anime after i had acquired the first 97 episodes then i realized it is not as good as i thought it would be...i dunno, the main character to me is kinda disturbing the the style it is drawn in doesn't appeal to me much. maybe once i acquire the entire series, i will be able to give it chance... |

| I like the art style in One Piece, myself. It's simple, it's not overly detailed, and the character style (tall, thin, "lanky" characters) really seems to fit, especially in the fighting. I thought it got repetitive after awhile, but it's not nearly as bad as some animes I've seen. | |||

| One Piece isn't repetitive.. the only bad eps I can remember were fillers too.. the thing that they use the same attacks isn't that much of a problem when compared to other anime (and they invent new stuff quite often too). I urge you all to watch the Japanese eps if you want One Piece the way it's supposed to be, it'll be edited to hell by 4kids (and because of the editing to hell, they won't release DVDs with Japanese voices since they are going to be totally different). I kinda agree that the drawing isn't the best there is, but One Piece isn't really supposed to be a sparkling beauty, what difference would it make if Luffy looked better? He'd still be a freaking moron (I just hope they don't change this in the 4kids dub x.x, Luffy needs his stupidness). Oh, and comparing it to Naruto is just stupid, there are a lot of eps in Naruto that are plain ugly, some are good though (they have two teams drawing it from what I heard). |

4kids is going to turn One Piece into the next Pokemon. I can't beleive they didnt license it to Anime Network or sumthin. It just shows what the japanese think of us. I bet they licensed it to 4kids on purpose so we have to suffer! |

| Go check out the dubbed One Piece opening in my Anime News thread.(which I should update) Anyway, One Piece is a grate anime with a grate story and cool characters. They feature some of my favorites voice actors: Hiroaki Hirata(Sanji) and Kazuya Nakai(Zoro). I personally do like the drawing styles and just like how Naruto makes characters different visually through clothes, One Piece sort of does the same thing, except paying closer attention to the person rather than the clothes. (Although, if you do notice, the only people who change clothes are the girls in the anime) | |||

| Actually, the whole gang changes outfits in the Arabasta arc due to the climate and before that they used winter clothes etc. The thing that makes OP special is how it manages to stay serious and still be stupid fun x). Bleh, maybe I should just buy the manga. I don't think the library had it..most of their mangas are lost or stolen or something. I might have saw it at some video store where they had a bunch of anime but I forgot how much it was. I'll get my hands on it one of these days  Some of the manga's I haven't heard about or didn't think they had one but eh..I eventually find out about them somewhere. At first I didn't know what a manga book looked like until I saw them one day  |

| Sounds interesting... But I don't thinks its worth the money. This is just my opinion but, I don't really think its worth buying, read it once and it kind of looses its fun (in my opinion). Unlike a book that usually is good to read again and again. It could also be that I'm just not that incrediable addicted to Anime... though it is good. | Guys, "omg I don't have munny" is not an excuse, do like us poor europeans who will never see the anime here (okay, so we have the manga, but I'm anti its translation of certain stuff), download the anime. www.kaizoku-fansubs.com is the place for you. It's illegal, it's fun and it's worth it . (I've had at least as much fun the second time watching each ep). |

| I have a lot of money, but I live too far away from any major bookstore to be able to buy mangas anytime I wanted. I recently picked up the first manga of One Piece along with another manga and now I wished I had gotten #2 and #3 as well. |
