I have them turned off. They crack my computer up. I'll turn them on if I ever get DSL back or when I get one..or when I learn how to make them..

I have layouts turned on, thought it have happened a few times that I have turned them off while being on school. Slow connection + IE + crap computers + post layouts = not good.
