| ... ... ... Welcome human. My name is Zerodius. I am the admiral of Earth's forces, the Hunters. What are the Hunters you may ask? It is our army. It is very different from anything you've seen before. You see, 99% of the humans goes trought life without suspecting their powers... and without suspecting that a terrible danger permanently threaten them. You see, Earth is not the only world in the Universe. There are many dimensions, all born from the minds of people... As such, while people think that characters such as Mario, Sonic, and the likes are just imaginary characters... we, the Hunters know the truth. Each time you imagine something, it become real in another dimension. We also found out that it was possible to travel between dimensions and that imaginary characters could appear in our world at any time unless stopped. Of course, such an event would be a total disaster. As such, we created the Hunters to hunt imaginary beings and terminate them before they can reach Earth... but also to protect our imaginary allies and keep Evil from returning. You see... years ago, a powerful imaginary being know as NeoBowser attempted to reach our world and take control of him thus becoming a god. If it wasn't from us, the Hunters, he would have destroyed life as we knew it. When NeoBowser died, Evil disappeared in the Universe as NeoBowser was the very source of all evils... But unfortunately, negative feelings such as hatred and jealousy continued to exist thus, our mission continue on... and while we, humans, live for a long time compared to the imaginary beings, we do become older and eventually, unable to fight. This is why that we contacted you, human. You have the strenght, imagination, and intelligence needed to become a Hunter. You, too, shall go into the depths of the imaginary worlds and protect the Universe. You, too, will have the opportunity to be a hero. | ... ... ... Well, hi Jim! Now for some more explanations. In this world, our specie is know as "humans", right? Well, in the imaginary worlds, we are know as "gods"... and for a reason. As a Hunter, you will have unlimited power. Want a burger! Create it! Want your debts to disappear? Make money appear from nowhere! Got an annoying punk in front of you? Nuke him! However... there is a limit. Imaginary beings does not exist in our world and real beings (us) does not exist in their worlds. Thus, to interact with their worlds, you will have to take control of a body and use it. Whatever happen, remember that nothing can kill you in the imaginary worlds. Even if you're sent in the depths of Hell and whiped to oblivion by thousands of demons, you will always wake up in the real world without a single injury for only your body shall take the hits. But... explanations cannot replace experience. I could continue on for days and you would not know enough about the imaginary worlds to go on so... we shall create you a body and teleport you into the HQ so we can begin your training. Give us a description of what deity you want to become. You can become anything. An animal, a humanoid, a robot... heck, you can even become a being of pure energy if you want! | ... Alright then. Welcome, Jim! _________________________ Suddenly, a hand came out of the screen and grabbed Jim's soul and forced him inside of the computer! As soon as his soul was forced into the computer, Jim fainted... When Jim awakened, he was inside of an EXTREMELY high-tech battleship (think: high-tech enough to make Star Trek and Star Wars look prehistoric). All kinds of strange creatures were walking around. Obviously, most (if not all) of them were Hunters. In front of Jim was a humanoid being completely covered by it's armor (a mix between Samus and Master Chief's armor). Zerodius: "Hi Jim. Welcome to Dimension X4231-2104. This the Hunters' mothership... our mothership, the Lancer. I am the admiral Zerodius." Zerodius gave a mirror to Jim. Jim's body was exactely the same as he had written. 6' 3", very muscular, sexy & handsome enough to make Fabio and Brad Pitt eat their hearts out. |

| "Makato! Where have you BEEN! Supper's getting cold!" "Not now..." Makato rushed straight through the house, disposing off his coat and boots in one fell swoop, making a beeline for the stairs. He ignored his parents for the time being, stomping his way up the flight and sprinting for his bedroom. "MAKATO!" they called again. "Be down in a second!" he threw open the door to his bedroom, vaulting over the small office chair that sat in front of his computer. "...cripes, I've been away too long... well, I signed up for that beta test for Siege Planet Online... I must've gotten a reply by now..." he quickly started hammering buttons on the keyboard, logging onto his Windows the fastest he could. He was ready to jump for his browser... but noticed a prompt on his screen. "...enter username... enter password..." he checked the title bar. It was blank. "...well, I guess I did get a reply... I mean, why else would this be open... even if I didn't check my mail? Oh well, play now think later..." he quickly punched in his new user settings. "...'kay, user, Excelsior, gender... male, okay..." He hit enter. Another propmpt greeted him. Tell us your avatar's description... Makato blinked. | Zerodius: "OK then." Zerodius and Jim were teleported inside of a large high-tech briefing room. Zerodius activated the computer... Zerodius: "OK! Your very first mission shall be a training mission. You will have to test your avatar's capabilities as well as your own. To this effect, we selected an easy mission for you... but first... I want you to meet your two teamates for this mission." Jim finally noticed the shockingly sexy woman next to him. Zerodius: "This is Sarah, a female human Hunter. She shall be the team leader. She isn't very experienced but unlike you, she did participate in some missions." Sarah: "Hi Jim." Zerodius: "Sarah, you will chat with your teamate later. Here is a picture of your second teamate." A picture of Excelsior appeared on the screen. Zerodius: "Excelsior is another rookie Hunter. Judging from our reports, he got a lot of potential. If my calculations are exact, he should be here very, very, very soon." |

Sarah: "To the left is the Armory, Research, Control, and Quarters Decks. The Briefing Room is located in the Control Deck. To the right are the Hangar, Bio Research, Mechanical Research, Medic Bay, and Database Storage Decks. The elevator in the middle is forbidden to pretty much everyone. It is connected to the Engine Rooms, the Forbidden Deck, and the Sealed Deck." Sarah smiled. Sarah: "You said you wanted to explore left first, right? Well, why not checking the armory first? I never really got the opportunity to see the weapons stored there." |

OK, listen up. 1 second is 1 year in the imaginary world. In short, time is a LOT faster here than on Earth... but you'll probably only notice it when you'll get back on Earth." Sarah activated the elevator. After a few seconds, they had reached the armory. Sarah: "We're here! I wonder what kind of uber-cool weapons of doom the boss stored here!" | Zerodius: "Actually... this is not a game. This is more than a game. You see... most humans go trought life without ever realising their own powers... you see, each time a human imagine something, it become real in another dimension. Using it's imagination, our specie created the Universe. As we studied the Universe, we found out that travel between dimensions was possible... which means that we can head into the imaginary worlds freely... and that the same is also true. As such, to prevent imaginary beings from reaching reality, we created the Hunters. It is now your duty, as an Hunter, to keep the imaginary beings from reaching the Universe... but our mission is not only to keep imaginary beings from reaching our world... You see, as our creations, the imaginary beings inherited from all of our good sides... and bad sides. While Evil was destroyed years ago, negative feelings such as hatred and jealousy continued to exist which means that Evil could always return. As the Universe is our creation, we feel that it is our responsability to keep our creations safe and sound." Zerodius stared at Excelsior. Zerodius: "As a Hunter, you have limitless power... but remember that your avatar doesn't. Take care of your avatar or it could over-charge and die... or self-destruct, if your avatar isn't a living being." A picture appeared on the computer screen. It was a picture of the Pokemon World planet! Zerodius: "Your first mission is an easy-enough one. Before sending you into real missions, I want to test both your physical and mental endurance as well as your ability to solve problems without using your weaponry and your ability to inflitrate locations occupied by both allied and enemy forces." A picture of a pokeball made of gold and silver appeared on the screen. Zerodius: "This is the GS Ball, a high-tech micro-prison containing an extremely powerful demon know as Mewtwo. Mewtwo is the last Dark King and while years inside of the GS Ball weakened him, he is still very powerful. It would be a disaster if he broke free... and speaking of disaster, the energy source that power the GS Ball and keep Mewtwo from escaping has been broken and the GS Ball has begun to weaken. No being on that world know how to repair the GS Ball... so it shall be up to you, Sarah, and Jim to repair it! Also... remember this. The GS Ball is protected by a powerful battle program. It's fairly old so it shouldn't cause too much trouble but be careful. Anyway... here are pictures of your teamates." The pictures of Jim and Sarah appeared on the screen. Zerodius: "The male is Jim, the female is Sarah. As the most experienced, Sarah shall be the team leader. Now, here is the mission objectives: 1- Reach the planet's surface without being noticed by the population. 2- Infiltrate Indigo Plateau 3- Find and access the GS Ball containement area (Area G-5) 4- Defeat the GS Ball's protection program 5- Escape without being noticed 6- Report the success/fKitten Yiffer of the mission! Sarah already knows the mission objectives and Jim shall receive them soon. Questions?" |
