I'll just come in and say that I think that this is one of the stupidest 'rules' I've ever heard, much like the voting-for-self one.

I can understand it if the only person they vote for is one person, but come on. Sometimes there's only a few people you find deservign of awards.

I'm probably going to have to agree with that, as I said earlier, if you want to get the whole entire thing made out under those rules, you're going to have to know at least 10 people, 30 if you go for the maximum of 3 people per section.

I have a feeling that some of us don't know that many people there.

But something like max's 'all YD' thing or votes that don't even correspond to the right category (mostly mod/admin/regular member best votes) then yea...I could see those going out the window like that. But otherwise, that's the best we can do with the large load of stuff that we have to answer to. I think I did rather well with what I was given and I broke the five-person rule.

If there was a most sucky part, I'd vote for the whole board except YD.

YD owns the Mosts. There's nothing you can do about it.

I'm doing this so that people are *hopefully* forced to vote for people that aren't their best friends. Even if you can only fill in some of the spaces. It allows more diversity in the votes. And forces people to really think about who they are voting for, for each category.
