| If you need only one, I'd go for the hourglass, because it's more recognisable. But that's probably because your flying machine has an odd bottom part. |

| I asked if anyone thought they were inappropriate for school because the assistant principle wouldn't allow them to be put on the commencement program or the graduate list. Apparently there was a big discussion on it and the hour glass had "bad religious symbolism" and the flying machine had "sexual themes". (Meaning they thought the stand for it was "represented a male sex organ". Needless to say I was a bit mad at them... ~Delial |

| Sometimes you would see nude drawings in schools made by the upper classmen, obviously the least bit acceptable for the great work without question from teachers. I don't know why they cannot take yours just the same. Different school rules I suppose, but still, it's art, you're expressing yourself the way you want to, you apparently did more than excellent on the art itself. I cannot see why they could'nt give you at least a little bit of credit for doing such superb pieces of work. Some people are just ignorant about art, I guess you just need to find people who would appreciate it like in the large buisinesses or other schools for that matter. |
