Hey hey hey hey hey ladies get funky!

Nice song right there.

As for me, Reel Big Fish - Beer

Another song from the concert I went to. I just can't change it to a nonconcert band...this had better stop soon.

An awesome cover of an awesome Maiden song. I've been listening to this non-stop for a long time.

Eh...I'll delve from the 'lyrics' trend.

Chrono Trigger OST - Black Dream, SPC File (for those that don't know what that is, just think music data from the old SNES that can be played in things such as Winamp, it's just with this I can loop it infinitely if I wanted to ).

I dunno, I just have a large collection of vid game music (and not necessarily MP3, actually with my collection probably only a thousandth of it is MP3 for vid games). I mean I'm looking at the folder now that contains all the GBS, NSF, GYM, SPC, PSF/2, IT, and USF files (including a slight amount of extra stuff from Bouche for other purposes) and I've got over 30,000 files at around 5.5 GB. Pretty screwed up, eh? But if nothing else I don't have to search around for MP3s of whatever song I'm looking for in terms of a vid game if I was ever interested. In fact if I ever wanted to put some PS2 game music on a CD I could probably rip the MP3 for it quite easily.

It was on a tribute to Iron Maiden, but most Russian MP3 file sites would carry it. Therion is freakin' huge in the Russian metal scene

NP: Adorned Brood - Lebenslied.

A little bit like Theatre of Tragedy meets Borknagar. Awesome tune, to be specific. It is off of AB's best album, Erdenkraft. Really, it doesn't matter, this band and song kick ass.

np: Kinky: "Pos Que Se Vengan"

Think of them as the Mexican Prodigy, only not nearly as guitar-oriented. They're all about more of an actual fusion of electronics and rock. Guitars and drums pretty much supplement the synth elements, and vice versa... they really play off of each other. Of course, it's in Spanish (the title translates to... something "that come") so don't ask me what it's about. But it's a very interesting blend of Latin rock and techno (not just dance, either). You shall listen.

Oh, and next up are a couple of songs by the Notwist. German ambient, electronic indie pop. Think of them like Sonic Youth meeting Belle and Sebastian, or a more melodic (but only slightly less depressing) Arab Strap. Electronics make up most of their sound, with an acoustic guitar plucking out a couple of notes every now and then... at least that was "Pick Up the Phone". "Consequence" is a little strummier and brighter, but still really fucking good.

Mystic (I think ) - Scandalus

Good song, the beats good. It's really upbeat and I like that kinda stuff every once in awhile. I don't remember a thing about her but I do remember some of her music a few years back. If it's the same person that I remember. I saw her name before and it was spelt differently then how I spelt it. I dont remember so yeah

Right now, "Tornado of Souls", off of Megadeth's Rust in Peace. I couldn't believe I found it (At an EBGames, no less!) used for $5. It's actually a much better album now than it was when last I listened to it 6 or 7 years ago.

Jo Jo - Leave

An okay song. I heard it awhile back and she was at the Cinco de Mayo celebration thing downtown that I didn't get to see. She sings good for a little 13 year old. I don't think I'll get her CD yet until I hear more of her songs.

Clarification: Xzolaz's question? no, it wasn't enough detail. Bella's got it. Hell, even Boomer's close. Talk about the song, don't say "I'm listening to a bunch of stuff, right now, it's (blah)." Kay?

np: BT feat. JC Chasez: "The Force of Gravity (Dylan Rhymes Push Up Mix)"

Who knew NSYNC had such talented members? Sure, they were tripe, but we all know where Justin Timberlake's gone, and Chasez's actually forged a decent career collaborating with Basement Jaxx and BT. The thing is in this remix, his vocals are chopped up to the point that a tiny bit of them gets used as a melodic element, and that's IT. Nice, rolling bass makes up the majority of the song, along with what sounds like a rather heavily tweakified guitar playing harmonics. Quite a nicely built song, better than the typical "build up to vocals then release" trance song.

Boomer - Amen to that, NOFX has no shortage of those.

Tempest - Keep rocking those Beastie Boys.

Me - Youth Brigade - Spies For Life

It's the last song on my playlist, and for whatever reason, I just like to click it when I'm down that end.

Listening to: Yoo Seung Jun and Yuki Hsu - Can't Wait (English)

This song's like the first song that got me into Korean music. I was like COOL! lol But since then, I've started to listen to a LOT of more singers and bands. At least I don't listen to only one genre and only one language of music =P Yup.. I'm cool like that..

excuse me ladies and gentlemen this next song is a blast........

Which of you schnooks took my rhyme book?
Look give it back you're wicky wack
With your ticky tack calls didn't touch you at all
I didn't touch your hand man you know its all ball
You sold a few records but don't get slick
'Cause you used a corked bat to get those hits
You've been in the game, your career is long
But when you break it down you've only got 2 songs
MC's are like clay pigeons and I'm shootn' skeet
I just yell pull and MMM drops the beat
You people call yourselves MC's but you're garbage men
Takin' out the trash when you pull out the pen

And if you don't like then hey fuck you!

I read about you up on page 6
They was trashin' your ass it's sad you're getting dissed
Now talk about your face now don't get pissed
But I suggest you see a dermatologist
I keep that hot sauce hot not mild and weak
It's gonna burn your mouth until you wet your beak
I've got billions and billions of rhymes to flex
'Cause I've got more rhymes than Carl Sagan's got turtlenecks
Your rhymes are fake like a Canal Street watch
You're hearing me and you're like "oh my god its Sasquatch!"
I'm walkin' on water while you're stepping in shit
So put your sewer boots on before your ass gets lit

And if you don't like then hey fuck you!
So put a quarter in your ass cause you played yourself

Sucker MC's it's me they're resenting
In the animal kingdom they call it presenting
With the dipsy doodle the kit and caboodle
The truth is brutal your grandma's kugel
Kings County is my stomping ground
The Albee Square Mall, Brooklyn, Downtown
So don't ask me to wine and dine ya
I'm from Brooklyn you're from Regina
You're like Foghorn Leghorn, Yosemite Sam
You're just yellin' and wildin' wondering who I am
With those lies you're telling you look like Toucan Sam
But my style's impregnable like the Hoover Dam

And if you don't like then hey fuck you!

This is hey fuck you from the "to the five boroughs" album
go forth and buy this shit, redeem yourself for all the bad
albums you ever bought........
stick this album on, let it play through and you will reach
a new high that was previously unknown to mankind.

"Run Away" by Real McCoy

This song was on a CD of 1990s dance music that I bought at Target. I remembered hearing the song a long time ago on the radio and saying, "Man, that song is awesome." Years later when Napster and Kazaa hit, I forgot all about "Run Away". Now this is pretty much all I listen to (other than anime music on Winamp)

Aaliyah - If your girl only knew

Old school, well kind of . This is one of my fave songs from her. I think it's off umm..her cd One in a Million the beats really good. That's why Timbaland is one of my fave producers too. I wish she didn't die because she really did have some good talent.
