I'm listening to Woods of Ypres - Crossing the 45th Parallel.

A really good Canadian BM band. They're kind of like an Opeth styled band. But rather than sucking mad nuts, they tend to use heavier guitars, dirtier vocals...Much more memorable sound.

Twisted Nerve.. Kill Bill Volume 1 soundtrack baby. Legion sent it to me not long ago. It's from the part where Elle Driver is whistling.

This song is beyond stuck in my head, so I guess I'm trying to get it permanently imbedded. I dunno. Problem is, I don't remember Elle whistling at all. I remember her walking, but.. man, I must've blanked out during the four times I watched the movie.

The Used -The Taste of Ink

Friend sent it to me, yeah and I like it a lot at the moment, I'm just in one of those 'moods'. Like I spend an hour just listening to music over and over again. First the bass, and all the other instruments.. figuring out how many guitars there are, and trying to seperate everything (drums, guitars, bass, piano, violin, whatever else is in a certain song). So right now, I'm into what I call the "guitary/metal/rock/punk" section of my playlist. I create my own categories for music

NP: Behind Blue Eyes, Limp Bizkit

Good song, but when you think about it, it's boring. Slow, and it's only got the guitar, and probably a keyboard or something in the background.

Flow - Go

The latest opener from Naruto. I hate to admit it, but it's quite catchy. So catchy, that it's stuck in my head right now...

If you like the genre, it's worth a listen, even if you don't like the anime.

I've been listening to the Talking Heads a lot lately.

For those who don't know, they're an older band. Pretty awesome, though.

For those who don't remember, the lead singer is David Byrne (the guy with the big suit). They've done such songs as "Once in a Lifetime," "Burning Down the House," "Take Me to the River," and "Road to Nowhere." Those are their more popular songs, anyhow.

My friend was thoughtful enough to get me the DVD, Stop Making Sense for my birthday, and it's fed my addiction fairly well.

Nirvana - Lake of Fire.
I love this cover much more than the original Meat Puppets version. It just sounds better to me.

Apocalyptica - "Struggle" from the album "Cult"

I like that track besides "Path" on the first CD, e-guitar beating in the background while soft violins are leading the track. The group mixes Cello + Metal very good, can't get enough from them

Usher feat. Ludacris and Lil John and the Eastside Boyz - YEAH!!

I love this song! Eh I didn't like it much when I first heard it a couple of months back. The beat's purdy good and I've just always liked Ushers music. I saw one of his older videos and he has grown a lot in his music. I want to get his new CD 'Confessions'. I'll get it when I get more money. I think it'll be good . The video to this song is even better. He can dance.

Dissection - Feathers Fell

Just a short little outro from one of their albums.

Really, creepy, but pretty sounding.

I'm a CNC fan, so I of course I love the one who make the CNC music.

Act on instinct is the one I listen on currently, but I also listen on Hell march, HM2 and just a random song...

Act on instinct usually get's me in the mood. HM2 is just... great.

N.E.R.D - She Wants To Move

Awesome song, I always feel like dancing/singin to this song. I think N.E.R.D are awesome, their style and music is always unique and has something special about it (to me). It's cool.

HIM - Soul on Fire

I'm not usually into depressing goth rock, but this isn't all that bad. He sorta sounds like a goth version of David Bowie...sorta.

Chicago - 25 or 6 to 4

My school's Jazz B band played this at the concert, and my friend Scott played the drums on it.

The verion we did was way cooler though, as it was obviously less vocal, and more percussion and rhythm section.

Slipknot - Duality

Yup. For my metal heads out there, this is the first single off thier newest (and last) album. From what I've heard, this was only to fufill thier contract, and this song can clearly reflect thier frustration. As a song, it's excellent, even with the commentary. What a way to go...

Guano Apes - Lords Of The Boards

Yeah, I started to listen to Guano Apes some days ago, when I was exposed to them after having heard nothing but techno for nearly two weeks (not volunteeringly, mind you). Compared to techno, Guano Apes was a definite step up, and even though I'm normally into the more mellow slow types of rock, this is actually quite good. So I went and downloaded this one and Proud Like A God, and Guano Apes is a definite "yes", and a nice change from the more calm music I normally listen to.

Shinkon Gattai Godannar 2nd Season Original Soundtrack.

Mmm yeah.. a few nice songs and a few with the "godannar" feel (listen to opening 1 to know what it's like) . I sorta miss a few songs that probably are on the 1st season ost.. but that's not a too big loss. This is good enough to keep me listening for an hour or so and add the goodies to my "good songs" playlist.
