| Ok, so its not Christmas. But we were (past tense, present tense if you are in the Central Time, or any other time zone west of that, as of this post) 183 days away from Christmas, so we're about halfway to Christmas. Anyway, I wrote this Christmasy mix of Gathering Stars of the Night Sky from Xenogears. I wasn't planning to post it 183 days past/before Christmas but I was going to make a Christmasy remix, and it seemed like a good excuse to post it. Download it here and enjoy! And, yes Clockworkz, its not done live, and there are no vocals so this song is bad or something.  Please post any questions or comments. The instruments I used in this are: Sleigh Bells, Flute, Choir, Oboe, Triangles, Orchestral Wind Chimes, Drums (closed hi-hat, snare, acoustic bass drum, cymbals, and this other drum I don't know the name of), Reverse Cymbal, Acoustic Piano, Electric Pianos (something called a "Legend" E. Piano and something I don't know the name of), Harp, Cello, String Ensamble, Glockenspiel, Contrabass, and a Wind Sound Effect (though I'm not sure that's considered an instrument). The Oboe, Flute, Sleigh Bells, Triangles, Orchestral Wind Chimes, all the Drums, the Reverse Cymbal, Legend E. Piano, String Ensamble, Contrabass and Wind Sound Effect come from the Fluid soundfont, and the Acoustic Piano is a Clainova Piano, the other E. Piano is a Roland Player's EP, the Cello is the K2K Solo Cello, the harp is some soundfont called harp, and the Glockenspiel is something called "glock". |
