...you do know that you must be logged in as admin for installing stuff?  But I wonder, does user32.dll exist in the Windows folder? There is no such file as user32.dll in my Windows folder.  |

| Yes, but you should always be logged in a a admin when your installing stuff. Your account is admin one right? There should be a user32.dll in the system32 folder, why it looks into the Windows folder is beyond me. |

| user32.dll has been around since win 3.1 i believe and i would guess that 45kb file is for win3.1 or win95. however, if you download it and take a look at its properties, you should be able to find its modified date and based on the year, determine which OS it is for. where did you obtain the installation file? i'm guessing from macromedia.com right and not some other site? |
