F-Zero GPL and Pokemon FR/LG work fine for me.

Both F-Zero games take a lot of processing power it seems. When I had my P3-800Mhz, I was getting slow down, and the map wasn't displaying right unless it was going at 100% speed (this is because the map flickers and at certain speeds, the map would disappear due to it's timing). Personally I think you need to upgrade your system. Until then, turn off ALL filters, and set the window/full screen size to something smaller. Even I get a little slow down (95%) in F-Zero if everything is turned on, but when everything is off, then it runs at 100%.

I do hope that the GBA video will run sometime soon. I would like to see Sonic X.

My only problems right now besides GBA video is Iridion 2 crashes just before any boss fight, and Pokemon Ru/Sa won't run at all (though it ran on an older VBA version)

Oh yeah, forgot about something! (F-Zero games)

VBA 1.6 must have a different frame rate than 1.7, because it doesn't handle the mini course-maps in the corner of the screen correctly. I think this map displays on alternate frames so as to simulate semi-transparency, and this is fine with VBA 1.7, but with 1.6, it either displays the map on all frames or not at all. I much prefer 1.7 for this reason.

Some GBA Video titles do run correctly. I downloaded the Spongebob cart to see how that looked, and... I guess it's OK. Not great quality of course but it's still innovative.

It already has SGB border support.

And I agree with link cable support. NO$GMB had link support, and forgotten says it's impossible to do link cable support (same machine, that is. Not over the 'net, but that'd be pretty fun with four swords. ). Don't quote me on that, I may be wrong. And yes, I know that gameboy link != gba link.

Know what I want? Gameboy Camera support. Someone should rip a GBS of the music.

Another problem is some gba games in vba have a nasty crackling problem.

One more thing. I would rather they TAKE OUT the code that disables your screensaver.
