I couldn't sleep at all last night, due to a number of factors...
-Ingested huge amounts of pizza, chocolate cake and Pepsi
-VERY FREAKING HOT
-Slept half the day
-Big English exam today making me nervous
-Excitement from various early birthday presents

...Plus for some reason every time I tried to think about sleeping, I ended up thinking about Card Captors instead. Given that I haven't watched it in a few days now, the only thing to say is... WTF?

BTW: Go for 72 hours, you start to hallucinate.

Excitement is a big insomnia factor, many many times I hadn't fallen asleep becuse of something exciting on the day after.

Being to full from food, well it was really long time I did that.

I'm back to my old sleeping pattern again...FINALLY...going to bed at 3:00am or more and then getting up at 10:30am, or sometimes later.

Mainly b/c I'm getting off of work at midnight now.

Which isn't right to begin with, Anya. I mean, there comes a time when you end up just not caring about that extra money.

No way I can stay up late tonight. Well, not at 4 AM levels or anything of the sort. Need to go Father's Day shopping tomorrow.

Thing is, this isn't for extra money or overtime...there's new stuff that we have to do at night now at work.

I can't stay up late. It's a physical inability. The latest I've stayed up was until 1:30 AM, and the most consecutive hours was 16. Beat that!

Heh last night I was up until 4:25. I dunno why. I was just not tired. And I was also talking to a friend. Kitten Yiffer that's not gonna happen. It never works you think you have your time planned out and then bam! New problem....

Anya: I know that you have extra stuff... but after a while you don't give a crap about that or the money. And that's going to lead to problems down the road - not for you specifically.

Hopefully we'll get to the bottom of that very soon.

Lack of sleep due to work ehj? Well if I'm lucky, on work days I average about 3-4 hours sleep, days off about 12. Right now it's 4.30am and I've been awake for night on 21 hours straight. Isn't work fun?

Well, it's 7 am and my friend just left. I should probably go to bed soon, especially since I have a cook-out to go to tomorrow...

My sleeping pattern's all twisted, staying up too late and waking up too late aswell
I think I'll just pull an allnighter today, and if the laundry machine got fixed, that'll help alot.
Might have to prepare ahead some too, hmm, which food to make..

Sleep scheduales are always getting messed up becuase well it's easy to procrastinate but it's harder to start sleeping. I think people put off sleep becuase they think that they can do just one or two more things and then get to sleep and this cycle continues for while and then they just give up.
