Happypeepeehead's AcmlmBoard for Bastardly Productions is having some troubles with logins. I tried to help, but I'm stupmed.

When you log in, it loads the standard page where it says, "You are now logged as $user[name].", but at the top, there are two errors, and when it redirects you to the index page, you aren't logged in.

Here's the error messages:
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /board/config.php:37) in /board/login.php on line 22

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /board/config.php:37) in /board/login.php on line 23

Any ideas?

You need to check and make sure that the file specified (in this case config.php) doesn't have ANY spaces on the bottom after ?>. I am 99.9% sure that this is your problem. Once you have the spaces removed, you should be fine. (I had problems with the spaces on the bottom of most of my essential files, and this is what cured it for me.)

OK. I'll mention it to him the next time I see him, and then take it from there. Thanks!

This is the plague of all Acmlmboards. Damn, I despise that. If you could, though, maybe post lines 22 and 23? If removing the blank doesn't work, then seeing that might figure outthe problem.

It just means something is being printed before the setcookie functions, I would guess, which is definitely a no-no. I assume the two lines are setcookie( $loguser ) and setcookie( $logpass ) functions.

99% of the time it is the set cookies, most php servers will ignore the spaces and such below.
