Announcer: Hey there and welcome to "Presidents 411", the second Teddylot game show production. Now, here's your host . . . Teddylot.

A small, two foot tall teddy bear came trudging down the aisle in between the audience. In his descent, he shook as many of his admiring fans' hands as possible. Teddylot mounted the stage and made his way to his desk where he took a sip of his pre-made hot cocoa. He picked up the papers that were neatly stacked out his desk, scanned them, and then threw them in the trash.

Teddylot: Hey there folks! I'm your host, Teddylot. You may remember me from a passed game show production or even some Story Forum stories, such as the classic, "Of Machines and Magik" or the ongoing "The Evil Reign: Remixed". In this game, I will simply give you a list of questions pertaining to the presidents in United States history. Some may be easy to answer, some tricksy, and others . . . just plain difficult. Unlike my other current show, this game is much shorter and I will give you all of the questions in one go.

Announcer: Thank God! Oh, and in this game, there are a few rules. *rules appear on screen*

1) NO LOOKING UP THE ANSWERS! This is the single, most important rule. If you break it, and we find out. You'll be severely punished. (If it's a bonus question you may look it up.)

2) You may answer as many questions as you want in one post, but you can only give one answer per question per post. (i.e.: Question 3 Billion: It's either Him or Her. I'm not too sure.)

3) Bwaha! There is no three!

Teddylot: Each question is worth one point unless stated otherwise. Now, *shuffles his index cards* let's begin.

Questions:

1) Who was the first president born in the United States?

2) Who was the only bachelor president?

3) Who was the first left-handed president?

4) Who was the largest president? 2-Point Bonus: What was his weight and height?

5) Who was the shortest president? 1-Point Bonus: What was his height?

6) Who was the youngest president? 1-Point Bonus: What was his age?

7) Who was the oldest president? 1-Point Bonus: What was his age when he left office?

8) Who was the first president born west of the Mississippi?

9) Who was the first president born in the 20th century? 1-Point Bonus: What was his date of birth?

10) Which three presidents died on July 4th?

11) Which two presidents died on the exact same day in the exact same year? 1-Point Bonus: Name the day and year.

12) Which president swam daily in the Potomac River naked?

13) Who was the first to become president through the death of the current president? (Unlucky, Booga!)

14) Which president died 30 days of his inauguration and how did he die?

15) Who was the first president to be assassinated?

16) Who was the only president to serve two nonconsecutive terms?

17) Which president could write Greek with one hand and Latin with the other simultaneously?

18) Who was the only grandson of a president to become president?

19) Who was the only former president to serve in the House of Representatives?

20) Who were the only former presidents to serve in the Senate? (There are two, and this question is worth two points.)

21) Which president was the teddy bear named after and why?

Teddylot: Oh man, I'm loving this.

22) Which president kept sheep to trim the White House lawn?

23) Which president was the only one to resign?

24) Who was the only president not elected into office?

25) Who was the first president born in a hospital?

Announcer: Well, there you have it. Go out and answer those questions.

Teddylot: And remember . . . Don't drink and drive!

Announcer: And don't look up the answers either.

1) Wrong.
13) Correct.
14) Correct.
15) Correct.

Teddylot: Now, most people, well, scratch that, most educated people would think that Garfield was the first assassinated president since he was shot on the tracks. However, in fact, he had a different cause of death other than his bullet wound. Pneumonia or something along those lines.

wolfman2000's Answers:

2) . . . Erm *goes to check* Yes it was.
21) Correct.

Announcer: Ouch. And wolfman2K steals NSNick's prospective point.

Teddylot: *sniff* I love that story.

Jarukoth's Answers:

8) Wrong.
9) Wrong.

Teddylot: Well, I guess your guesses aren't good enough for the big leagues, son.

10. Adams and Jefferson are famous for both dying on July 4, 1826. Not so famous is James Monroe who died five years later on the same day.

wolfman2000's Answers:

1) Wrong again.

Announcer: Hmm, I thought these questions would go a lot quicker. >.> Oh well.

Teddylot: Sorry . . ., umm, *re-reads cue card* I'm sorry I can't pronounce your name. Anyway, there's no color for you, so you'll have to just stick with blue.

Just don't try and answer them all in one go, you know, just to make this show a bit more interesting.

Teddylot: Well, I've come back from my hiatus to find only two correct answers?! Oh well . . . *sigh* Anyway, I would, once again, like to remind you all that since this game is going much slower than I would've liked, you may look around for some of the answers on the very convenient and handy thing people like to call the world wide web.

Good luck . . . again!

Teddylot: I was gonna start up again earlier today but a few computer problems got in my way. But yes, it will be back up soon enough. But in the meantime, break out those history webpages. This show is taking up too much airtime.
