| Rahl shifts his grip on the orb of mana to one hand, and hols the other hand behind his back. The orb of mana in his hand began to grow, and was visibly red. In the hand behind his back, Rahl began to charge a Ra Tilt, keeping it out of visual sight. |

OOC: The rules say, for a powerful spell, one must spend more than one post charging.  More posts = more power.Rahl closed his eyes as a ball of white-hot fire erupted in front of himself. He was sweating as more balls of fire appeared, forming a six-pointed star around the center ball. The floating runes shifted in midair to encompas these instead of Rahl, and he quickly felt the welcome change of temperature. It seems the runes were containing not only the magic, but also the heat of the spell. Rahl muttered to himself, "Almost finished," before forcing the immence energy together, making the area inside the runes appear to be one giant orb of white-hot flame and causing small licks of flame to escape the runic prison. None had the range to tough either Rahl or Schwa, however. |

| "Fine, I use my defensive maneuver now. Plasmatech Barrier!!!" (echo effects) Schwa's ability opens a portal above Schwa's head. Out of the energy portal spiral thousands of tiny, blue energy ribbons that swirl all around Schwa. They close in, forming thousands of tiny blue rings around Schwa's body. He looks like a coccoon of energy now, not even visible under the thousands of thin rings. Rahl hears a telepathic message. "While you were charging an attack, I was charging a defense by forcing all worries and negative emotions out of my spirit. This is to ensure the maximum power of Plasmatech Barrier. You will never harm me now." |

| Rahl finished charging energy into his spell, and now used his energy to fuse the ball of flame with the Ra Tilt he held. He was barely able to do this, before the runes farthest from him weakened. A wave of super-heated air shot forwards, followed quickly by a gigantic gout of flame. Rahl redoubled the runes nearest him, seeing as the added Ra Tilt allowed the spell to burn through nearly anything while also affecting the Spirit Plane. He also knew if the runes towards him failed, he would likely die. War Wizard clothing can only absorb so much magic before failing. |

| The attacks shoot toward Schwa, and collide with his rings. This creates an explosion of ether around him, engulfing the psi warrior. The attacks fly into the ether... can't see whether they hit or not. The ether clears... Schwa's rings are bright gold now! "These ribbons absorb any and all energy, whether it be soul-fueled or earth-fueled. And now I may choose to ether attack you or heal my mana. I chooose neither. I'm going to heal your mana. Thank you for fighting me, Rahl. Goodbye." Schwa thrusts his right arm forward, and the thousands of ribbons close in around Rahl and flow all the mana from his spell back into him. Schwa is nowhere to be seen after the ribbons vanish. He must have teleported home. |

| Rahl watched Schwa disappear before allowing his spells to drop. He muttered to himself, "There goes a man of honour. I could not defeat him, although if I so wished it, I could have killed him. I chose not to, for he has given me insight on my choices in life, and reminded me of some of the rules I follow." Rahl then raised his hands, and vanished, returning to the Temple of the Winds. |
