Nope, Shelton was injured on a Heat match against... Rodney Mack, I believe. ...Well, they've officially run out of t-shirt ideas if they're doing self-parody. |

Well now it's time to get new people for shirt ideas. Seeing as this is just weird for shirt ideas now.

Oh I'm sure that they wanted to make the parody t-shirts... ...but that doesn't mean it's a good marketing idea. No matter how creative they get. (Or they have everyone working on a new Randy Orton t-shirt. *shrug*) |

could big show finally be given the push to andre status or do you think that this run will last a couple of weeks as usual? |

Erm, he's had a title run before. I'd guess he'll stay in the upper half of the card to "freshen up" things, but it'll all depend on his work ethic as usual. |

Ok after watching Unforgiven. I say that the match between Kane and Shawn Micheals was the weakest No DQ match I've ever seen. The other matchs were OK and the ladder match between Jericho and Christian. I say was the best match out of the ppv. It was no disapointment for me. The World Heavyweight championship match between Randy Orton and Triple H. It was no disappointment until when Triple H used the steel chair on Randy. I pretty much say Randy owned the match even when the rest of Evolution and the Coach came out. Sorry if there's any spoilers for anyone who hasn't seen Unforgiven but at least I didn't mention the winners unless you want to know then I'd tell ya. |

I couldn't watch Unforgiven. I guess I'll just have to wait to see who beat who, while watching Raw. But the World Heivyweight Championship match winner is just.... let say, oblivious. Edit: Checked the results...... I'm not pleased at all. Spoiler: With HHH being the new World Champ, with Trish keeping her title,..... Oh yeah those two need to give up the titles cuz they're chumps not champs...well to me anyways. Also, during Unforgiven, if they haven't mention it during Raw, cuz I'm not watching right now. That they had a match between Tyson Tomko and that mysterious lady who kept helping out Victoria. Tyson oblivious won that match and the mysterious lady turned out to be Steven Richards in disguised. Who didn't see that one coming? |

OK, I haven't watched RAW yet so I'm not looking to see if anyone posted about it, but I found a hilarious piece of info about the proposed Foxy Boxing tonight. Apparently the Washington Department of Licensing found out that the WWE was planning to have some boxing tonight. Now, they regulate both pro wrestling and boxing in the state. So when they found out that two UNTRAINED women were going to have a boxing match... they flipped. Apparently they told the WWE that they weren't going to have a boxing match - instead, they told them it would be a PILLOW FIGHT. Now, if I was Vince, I'd be pretty pissed that the boxing regulators are telling him how to book his show. Anyways, no idea if they went ahead with the chick fighting or if they changed the rules around (if it was mentioned above, I didn't see it so it's new to me) but *IF* they went ahead, the fight can't be stopped but they COULD get sued. That's a big if but... *shrug* |

Ok I went to check out that part fo RAW. The slugfest went on but Vince changed it so that Christie and Carmella would hit the Coach for 30 seconds each and not each other.

Just gotten round to watching Unforgiven, so far not bad. The opening tag match was great, i personally really enjoyed a slower-paced, hard knocks match that wasnt all big moves and all. Shame that Benoit has been buried so deep in the card though... Women's title match was OK, Victoria is so much better than Trish it stagger's me. Trish used to work hard but Victoria, Gail Kim, Molly, etc. are just plain superior. That escapade with Tyson and poor old Stevie (who I think is the spitting image of ex-Angel actor Christian Kane, lol) was bizarre and poor. Tyson doesnt show aggression. The ladder match was awesome, it never fails to amaze me when they come up with new ways to maul their opponants with the ladders... That Doug Williams-style knee off the top rope with the ladder by Jericho was too cool, and Christian isn't my fave wrestler for nothing. Im gonna watch the rest in a bit, though i might have a nap while Carmella is on screen. |

About time I finally saw a British poster mention British wrestling via Doug Williams. Tomko is still very green and should have stayed down in OVW for a few more months. They bring people up too quickly and then... |

And then all hell breaks loose when they bring people up too quickly it seems like. Some people are ok to bring up early though not saying that they all like that though.

Originally posted by Culotte Heh, thanks. A lot of wrestlers imitate Doug... sometimes I seriously think Benoit might do a Chaos Theory, and he doesn't. And there was a time when I thought Jericho might do a Styles Clash, but it was just a powerbomb. Actually, speaking of Styles, what do you guys think about him? I know he's technically off-topic since he isnt a WWE wrestler, but he is very good and I think he's one of the best wrestlers out there. Nay or yay? Just watched the rest of Unforgiven (yes I watch my wrestling in bits over the week, Im like that), and apart from the main event Id give it a thumbs up. The Kane- Shawn match was good, though Lita's intereference slightly dampened it. And the La Resistance- Rhyno-Tajiri match was alright, but then there was the main event. Thatnk God I don't pay for my pay-per-views here in Britain, since this one really disappointed. Actually, I tell a lie, since the match itself I enjoyed- Randy really likes spitting doesn't he?- but when Batista, Flair came out... and then COACH (!) came out to replace Hebner... my god, what a screw. I swear I hate that sunafabitch more than ever now. Triple H just doesn't understand good business, does he? He knows whats best for himself, but for the company he just drains his dad-in-law more and more fans. Im sick of him and I wish he would just retire right now. I don't respect him as a person and I sure as hell think he's no good as a wrestler (he was good back in the late 90s, but after that...). He thinks he's Bruno Sammartino but in reality he's the freakin' Gobeledy Gooker. Had to get that off my chest. (edited by Mr. F-Zero on 09-15-04 02:53 PM) |
