Or, you could have them both lay on the floor, each person's feet on a side of the newspaper, so that they are foot to foot, but unable to touch each other.

Announcer: He got it off of the game Balloon Duel. He customized the character himself and had it hosted by our good friend, Kirbynite. As you might have noticed, we're not the only ones sporting Balloon Duel avatars. They're becoming quite the latest fad. =P

Question 73:

Shadow asked his secretary to make him a coffee. While the secretary was making the coffee, her clip-on earring fell into the cup. Even though the cup had coffee in it, the earring didn't get wet. How is this possible?

Teddylot: I'm giving you a nice easy one to alongside the other question.

Announcer: Oh, and if you were a big fan of my last avatar, don't worry. It will be back soon enough.

While the secretary was MAKING the coffie, her clip-on earring fell into the coffie. Since she still was MAKING the coffie, the coffie in the cup couldn't have been brewn yet. It must have contained coffie powder (or whatever it's called), which explains why the ear ring didn't get wet.

Teddylot: Thanks NSNick for your wonderful opinion of my avatar. *pose* If you're interested in the game, you could easily find it off of newsgrounds.com.

Teddylot: Now, some of you oldbies might be wondering "Whatever happened to Robot Jones the Robotic Monster?" Well, good question. In truth, we here at MindTrap have no utter clue. If we're lucky, he'd be out of our fur forev--

Robotic Monster: *terror*

Announcer: You jinxed it, Teddy.

Question 74:

Shadow arrived at the hospital to find that Sam Slug, who had been in a coma, died moments ago while under police custody. Officer Bob Slack, who was assigned to guard the door, swore that no one had entered the room since a nurse last checked in on him some two hours earlier. Aside from an autopsy, Shadow ordered that the hospital room be combed for clues. The only unusual thing found was a waste can containing crumpled pieces of paper, a tongue depressor, a half eaten apple, and an empty cigarette pack. Other than that, everything seemed normal. After the search, Shadow suggested to Officer Slack that he was lying, and that someone had indeed been in the room in the last half hour. What caused Shadow to draw such a conclusion?

Teddylot: Poor Sam!

It's illegal to smoke in hospitals. Between the nurse checking on Sam and Shadow's investigation, someone must've smoked a cigarette inside the room, leaving an empty cigarette pack in there. If nobody had been in there since the nurse checked on him, it'd be likely that the cigarette pack wouldn't be in there, since the nurse would probably have taken it and anything suggesting smoking out of the room.

The half eaten apple also would probably not have been there, since nurses tend to clean up after their patients.

Hospital ROOMS have no need for tongue depressors, as no checkups are generally made in them by doctors.

And sometimes people like to throw stuff in the trash.

The apple had not yet turned brown, meaning someone had brought it in the room and eaten half of it very recently.

Teddylot: And Grey . . . doesn't give a correct answer.

Announcer: But NSNick does, and he does it without breaking a sweat.

Teddylot: The old veteran still has it in him to punch out the right answer.

Announcer: Yeah, but good thing Jagori isn't here or he'd be stealing those points away from him one by one.

Teddylot: What does our friend, the Doc Ock-like robotic monster have to say about it?

Announcer: Yes, this game is becoming quite a bore without the competition.

Teddylot: But thank goodness we have great TV personalities to keep everybody watching.

Question 75:

The only timepiece that Mr. Greenwich owns is a grandfather clock which he frequently forgets to wind. One day whent this happened, he went to Mr. Terminal's house to check the time. When Mr. Greenwich returned home, the first thing he did was set his grandfather clock to the correct time. How could he correctly set his clock if he did not know the length of the trip to Mr. Terminal's house? Note: he did not use a radio or telephone etc. to aid him.

Announcer: And right now, I think it's time for our contestants to have a go at this question.

Assuming he didn't have a wristwatch... He wound his clock and set it to noon. He made a note of the time it was when he got to Terminal's, how long he spent there, and what time it was when he left. When he got home, he was able to tell how long the walk took by subtracting the time he spent there from the time the clock showed and dividing by two (for both ways). Then he took note of what time it was at Terminal's when he left, then added the time for the walk to his clock. Of course, if he had a wristwatch or pocket watch, he just set it when he got there.

While Jagori's answer is perfect, another possibility is that while at Mr. Terminal's house, he moved the position of one of Mr. Terminal's clocks so that it was visible from his house, enabling him to check the time and adjust his clock whenever he likes.

Ahem im sure im wrong and that jagoris right, but this is the only thery i could come up with that wasn't taken, And i figured i might as well. Mr greenwidge lives with Mr terminal, thus he could simply open his door to see one of terminals clocks.

Here comes another bag on head point*!!!! Im number one!(although im not doing as badly in the math problems).

P.s. I know my answers where terrible, but again i figured id try to come up with origional answres. No mater how sucky they may be.
