Anyone wanting to see this movie? I wonder if it's going to be good as the first. It comes out..I think this Friday. Not so sure about the date. Since the first was pretty good I wonder if this is going to live up to the 1st. I think it might but I'm not confident that it will. I've seen a few of the lil' commercials. It looks funny XD. Heh Antonio Banderas will voice that orangish I'm guessing evil calico kitty.

I think the story is supposed to continue on after they got married and Shrek is going to meet Fiona's parents. Her parents don't know about him being an ogre so that causes some problems. Yep, I think that's it .

I doubt it's going to be as good as the first ("We sit in the grass and wipe our.... face"), because from the ads I've seen, there's not going to be as much subtle adult humor as there was in the first. So I may or may not see it. I'm not sure.

The second one doesn't seem too bad. Although I'd rather see Kill Bill 2 or Van Hellsing.

Hehe, I liked the first one. There were so much... intresting jokes.

I don't know if it will be better than the first one thought.

Yup, If I had a choice between Kill Bill and Shrek 2..I'd choose Kill Bill! XD Anyways, I liked the subtle adult humor in the first. You had to watch it a few times to catch them all. Hopefully they'll have a little of that in the second one

Gah, I saw the Shrek, and thought it was kind of funny, but every time after that, it seemed to get longer and longer.

I might see it when it comes out on video, and my brother gets it for his birthday, but other than that, I doubt I'll see it.

Saw it, excellent movie, though i thought the hole meeting the parents thing was a bit boring it was good. I loved the catAnd donkey was excellent as always, i am hoping to hear about a shrek 3

Though shrek 2 was excellent the first shrek will always be my favorite, the first ones in any movie are always the best

I didn't realize it already came out.. why haven't I seen commercials for this?
I may see the second one, just because I saw the first, and I know my little brother is dying to see it. I bet I'll leave with the same feeling as I left the first.. satisfied, but not like, ecstatic. Of course that's how I felt over Finding Nemo..

YD: Finding Nemo was awesome

Yeah, I'll definitely go to see Shrek 2. The first one had me laughing a few times. Especially the "Do you know the muffin man" scene XD

DEFINATELY watching the movie. The potential of all cast members reunited with Shrek goodness is just too much to pass up.

I've just watched it and I think it's excellent... the sight gags have been upped substantially, and Antonio Banderas' "Puss in Boots" is superb. I was laughing out loud throughout.

NE ways if you liked the first film, I highly recoomend it.

Shrek was a good movie. The problem with movies, though, is that they often get sequels, and usually, sequels suck.

I want to go see it, but before I see it I will most likely want to go see 'The Day After Tomorrow', I agree sequels often don't seem as good as the first, I remember watching Scary Movie 2 and I didn't think it was as funny as the first. The third one was funny though. So yeah I'll probably see Shrek 2 at some stage.
