| scenario: yeah, I go and hang out with a friend of mine I havn't seen in a while. She knew we were only friends or whatever, so if she even started off with the wrong idea....anyways. So then near the end one of my friends is all "ommg do u liek hre ill tlk 2 her", im like "nah thats quite alright, we're just friends" but hes like "well dont u liek her", I said yes but she was just a friend, nothing more, I don't think of her more than that. So he decides to go talk to her. keep in mind I don't know what the hell he said, nor does he "remember". Though it was apparently generic. Either way, she now is refusing to talk to me (to the point where I had to make into my sister's sn...the only thing I know she wouldn't block me on). I'm scared to call her because I don't want to start trouble...and I know trouble will start because she dosn't seem at all thrilled. I wanna be pissed at my friend but he seems all guilty as hell. I really just want to tell him to butt the fuck out, I can't quite get it into him subtly. But I think it's finally getting through (though he proceeds to go about saying hes a fuckup at life...again making me reluctant to get really pissed at him). Look, I really just want to know what to do. | 1) Force your friend to tell you what he REALLY said. Even if he just said "He likes you" then she shouldn't be that pissed. Maybe "He wants to get in your pants" could do that, but I doubt it. "He wants to fuck you" has just about a good a chance as "He wants to get in your pants" 2) Whatever he says, let him know you're mad at him 3) Apologize or whatnot to her and tell her what you really said to him or whatever 4) If above doesn't work, go in an alley and beat up a random bum |

| Had a problem like this before, try this out ... Give it alittle time to cool down, obviously dont try to corner her into a convo the day she gets pee'd off at you. Then, after time passes, a day or two anyways, walk up to her, look her dead in her eyes, and ask her for a serious talk, and if she considers you as any kind of friend, that this is the time to be serious instead of just being pissy for whatever your friend said. If she gives you the time of day, then obviously tell her what you told us, you have no idea whats going on, OR what he said to her, and go on from there. The worst case would be she doesnt talk to you ... and if she doesnt talk to you at the time you want to be most serious, then I dont know what kind of friend she would be anyways. Good luck thou!  |

Who cares if he feels guilty, he ruined your friendship with this girl. If it was me, i would tell him to f*ck off. I have had this happen to be before. Try your hardest to talk to the girl again and explain yourself like that you want to be friends and thats all you see her as, if she doesn't understand or brushes you off then i don't know |

| yeah he doesn't forget what he said.... and Legion FFS, if you are gonna tell him to edit his post... you could at least make a legitimate reply at the same time...... we don't need grammer police..... moving right along...... I wouldn't worry so much about the girl, until you find out what your friend told her..... and since she's mad at you likely your friend will have to undo it... since he more or less did it |

That sucks, you should just go threaten/kill the guy who ruined the friendship with your good friend. Well not really  just bribe him or do something to get out what he said and try to patch things up with the girl. He must have said something really wrong to her for her not to speak to you. You didn't lead her on or anything, right? Most likely it was just that other screw-up so just go ask him nicely what he said so you can take care of things. If he refuses then you can try to go talk to your friend about it. |
