I just now realized that it's 4:00 in the morning, and I haven't slept yet. I find this happens to me a lot. Especially on weekends. I get to doing something (or even nothing at all), and before I know it it's stupid-o-clock and I'm still up.

How about you folks?

Either I have drinken a soda and can't sleep or I just have my plain old insomnia problem. One way or another, I stay up a lot... but usually not THIS late... I pass the time hacking games usually... what does everyone else pass the time doing, anyway?

Mmmyep, ALL the time. Especially when I have to get up really early the next day. I love being nocturnal!

I recall staying up until 6:00 or 6:30 some nights, working on absolutely nothing. I broke out of that habit, thanks to a schedule change at work, but it wasn't easy...

I'm usually up pretty late. I can usually go to bed early when needed, but I just can't sleep. On the weekends however I stay up for uite the while, alot of the time I don't sleep at all. Usually doing nothing. Like watching TV or something like that

Happens all the damn time to me. Usually because I'm an idiot and stay up doing nothing. Or because I put off homework until 3 or 4 am. Tonight's an exception ... ... but I'm still up late. This usually conflicts with my early classes, resulting in non-attendace. Meh.

I usually sleep 11:3 to 12:30 ish. If I was allowed to stay online, play videogames or something else more interesting than sleep, I would.. But mum is always online, so I just sleep. I like staying up and having slumber parties, and watching the sunrise, it's fun.

I don't usually stay up past 12:00. Usually because I can't or because im too bored to stay up.
I normally get up early, around 6:30 i'm awake and around 7:30 I will get up.
To pass the time I usually try to do study or just listen to music, sometimes I'll come here to see what people are up to.

I'm not good at staying up late at my own house.

For whatever reason, I can stay up way later at other people's houses, but at my own I just go out like a light.

I hate sleeping. If my body didn't need it, I would never do it. It's boring, there's always something better to do, and sleep makes my day go by too fast. Sometimes I get home from work, and am so tired, I go right to bed, just to wake up and go back to work the next day.....

I wish there were a pill I could take that would refresh my body like sleep does, but without the actuall sleeping.

At one point in time, I was staying up 48 hours at a time, with sleep intervals of about 3 hours. This went on for about a month, until one day, i passed out on a ferris wheel. I have had normal sleep since.

I did some perseonal research on this when I had lots of free time in my first year of college. I found that the ideal sleep:awake ratio is 7:12 hours. I did this during finals week, when my schedule was more or less free of things to do.

I actually was sleeping 7 hours and doing stuff for 12 hours. I found it to be very, very productive. I naturally got sleepy after 12 hours, and naturally woke up (well rested) after 7 hours. Only problem is that in the real world such a shedule is unworkable due to the fact that 7 + 12 = 19 hours, which leaves 5 left over in a day. You will wake up at a different time each sleep period. Extending it to a 24 hour day means a little more than 9 hours of sleep per day.

Im usually asleep by 12:00AM on a school night but on weekends im up almost the whole thing, on holidays. Im up till about 6:00AM sleep until 4:00PM and go to bed at 6:AM again and keep on going like that, so i basically have no time for freinds and stuff, im usually up at night when everyone is asleep.

Well...my mother's not home...another sleep-over date...didn't corral my 13-year-old sister into bed until about 5 AM this morning...it's now 7AM and I haven't slept yet...basically I'm waiting for my mother to roll in for Mother's Day...

...problem is...she wants to do something...or at least that was planned ahead of time...not sure what we'll do now thanks to that and the date she had because she's probably going to be wiped.
