I'm actually letting this up to you guys, the mass, the posters of the board - i'll let you be democratic!  A lot of people (at least 25%, possibly up to 50% of active users) complain about him, be it on IRC, the board, AIM, or other methods. A lot of people (at least 25%, possibly up to 50% of active users) have no problems with him and think he is a good member who doesn't deserve to be banned. The rest of the people (33-50%) have no real opinion on him, or don't care, or just nod whenever staff does something without question (we don't want a totalitarian board here, freedom of speech is allowed). I don't think that many of these people will vote here, but I could be wrong. So now, here's the chance for you guys to argue it out: Why should he be banned or unbanned? If you think he's a good poster/helpful/insightful, provide examples. If you think he's confusing/contradictory/spammy, provide examples! I'd like a mature discussion on this. Edit: Since it apparently matters and I might not have made it clear, Kario has been banned multiple times before.
