I added a new power level to my board ... I added what I needed in function.php Went to color.php and added my own set of colors after the admin colors. Added the selection in edit user.php to pick the custom power level, and added me to ranks. Heres the problem ... In some of the schemes on the board, my user name becomes the color of some of the links? Heres one of the schemes it does it in. Whats also weird, is that it works in the default scheme, and daily cycle, and a few others. I have spent hours trying to figure out whats wrong, and came up with nothing, Does anyone have any idea? Any help would be GREATLY apreciated. |

Do you have colors defined for that scheme, as well?

some schemes override the numcolarray in colors.php additionally I'm assuming you mean it makes it the color of links as in, it ovverrides what it's supposed to be and isn't the same color by coincidence ? |

Exactly Erk. The scheme I posted above for you is one of the schemes out of a few that change my user name color ( wich I did previously set in colors.php ) to the head link colors ... and I cant for the life of me figure out why, or how to fix it.

my first idea would be to go down through the scheme file and comment each variable one by one to see which is actually cuasing the problem... after that you can dig down into the code and see what's going on more specifrically |
