Well as you guys in IRC/AIM/anywhere who'll listen know, I saw Kill Bill Volume 2 last night. I rarely go to theaters, and I was reminded why. People. Really. Blow. Let me explain my surroundings.
I got in like one minute early, we had to run inside, so there were no decent seats left, save two right in the middle. I thought great, who could possibly miss these. When we sat down, however, I realized that..
-In front of me were kids AND A BABY
-Behind me were kids
-To my right were kids
-To my left was an asshole messing with her cellphone with THE SOUND ON.
The baby was the most well behaved.
The phone lady stopped with her nonsense sometime in the beginning-middle part of the movie, but nothing could stop the idiots that the kids were.
Whenever there was swearing, they'd snicker. At the beginning of the movies, the bride (Uma Thurman ) is all beat up and shit. the same thing in both movies. When this appeared again, the kids were like "ewww" and stuff. What the hell was that? Did you walk into the wrong theater? There are only two explanations for this.
-They did not see the first volume/trailers/reviews/word of mouth/anything related to this movie, don't give a shit about plot, and probably came in just to see an R rated movie. Idiots.
-They did see the first volume and forgot about everything that happened in Kill Bill. Idiots.
To describe specifics, I'd have to spoil the movie, so I will use a clever box. =)
Spoiler:

-When the bride got buried, they kept asking WHAT'S GOING ON? IS SHE GETTING BURIED? And when they finally showed it, they were like I THINK SHE GOT BURIED.
-When Budd got bit by a snake, they kept asking if he got bit. No you fuckers, he's dancing on the floor.
-Everyone freaked out with the eye thing (well, that's understandable, but it still bugs me)
-They kept giggling in the scene where the bride was checking to see if she was pregnant, especially when she touched her boobs. I've seen funnier things from Kefka.
-One kid totally freaked out laughing when Bebe was talking about how her fish died.
-There's more, but it's pissing me off again.

So anyway, I've come up with a proposal, and I have a few people agreeing with me already.
"Those who talk during a movie, especially if they are a group of 10 year old punks who are grossed out at the sight of blood while going to Kill Bill, and sit in front of me so I can hear every question they have about whether something happened or not because they cannot figure out a fucking thing, will be shot without trial."
Like it? Me too! I know there are more horrible stories about movie theaters out there than what I've been through, but I rarely go see movies, so I don't have a lot of experiences under my belt. What have you guys been through? DISCUSS!!!!!!!!!

Someone talked on their cellphone during LOTR: Return of the King. I shouted "SAY HI FOR ME".

They shut up and everyone laughed.

I have to try that next time.

But I hate it when people just WONT SHUT UP! If you wanna make a quick comment to your buddy next to you, fine do that, but do it quickly, discretely, and most important.... QUIETLY.

The worst possible thing you can get in a theater is a B-Day party of 10-yr olds. Last time that happened, my "KILL EVERYTHING THAT MOVES" Mode almost turned on.

This is why I never go to the movies, and wait to buy it on DVD.

I've been lucky so far.

No major idiots have ruined my movie experience....except when SOMEONE spills the popcorn.

The only really bad crowd I ever had was when I went to see The Matrix: Revolutions. I had some punks yell at the screen the entire time. When somone would mention something about being the one, on of them would say, "Yeah, and I'm a P.I.M.P.!"

Idiots...

when i went to see the first x-men, there was this guy yelling "that is so fake!" or "Dumb!"
then i got so tired of it, i told him to shut the hell up before i roll his fatass down the stairs. and the guy sitting next thanked me for saying that.

another time i went to a movie was and it was interupted was when i went to finding nemo, because there was a little kid, and he sat next to me the whole movie, and wouldnt shut up XI i asked him if his mother was there, and then when he said yes, i told him to go sit next to her, but he didnt listen, so i went fucking insane by the end of the movie...

When we went and saw The Ring...

Someone put gum on my friend's mom's seat and she got gum all over her leather jacket and was so pissed. It was amusing watching her bitch at the threater people.

When my parents and my sister and I went to the drive in to see umm..The Mask and The haunted (Yes, millions of years ago) there was this baby next to us who cried throughout the first movie, I couldn't hear a damn thing . I hate when people leave their cell phone on and they come to expect to watch a movie. Someone calls and they're talking to that person for a good while. It's annoying, turn it off or on vibrate or something!!

I rarely hear cell phones in the theatres here. Usually people have the good sense to walk outside the room if it does ring.

I don't get the idea of people that watch a movie becuse of the ratings...

"Wow look, a movie with a high rating! Let's go and watch that movie! ^__^"

Nowdays I usually wait until the DVD release and buy that instead, I hadn't been in a cinema for a long time now.

And honestly I was so surprised that the baby was so well-behaved. The only thing that have happened me is, yes crying babies.

You check the ratings to see what some movies get, and to make sure they're not a nugget.

This is why I never go to high rated movies anymore. Usually there is always some moron teenagers, or some lame little kids going: "WHOA!", or gigging like mad, or talking and talking.

If at any occasion where I do go to our moron-filled theatres, it's usally when it's near leaving. Then it's not as crowded and I can enjoy the freakin' movie.

At "The Punisher", there was this guy behind us, and every time someone on-screen died, he went "Yes. Oh, oh yes!" and shook his fist up in the air. And I was in-front of him and I could still see this.

When I went to see Hellboy there were these 2 kids sitting next to me and through the ENTIRE movie they were eating. They werent eating "movie food" though they brought their own food that seemed to consist of anything and everything that could crunch the loudest and smell the worst. And when Hellboy would say any of his super lame jokes they woild start cracking up....I was like what?! you guys are idiots! SHUT UP!! and gimme some chips!

But thats nothing, theres this theater around where I live called Logn Square Theater. This theater only costs 2 dollars to get into with a good reason for it. The place smells like piss that been festering for twenty years! One time I went in with sandels and my sandel got stuck to the floor and when I took my next step my bare foot toched the floor . And all the of the people who go there are cheap disguting idiots! who smoke while their watching the movie. Oh and the movies they show are movies that came to DVD like a week before.

That theater sucks and the people arent ny better.

So Deanna and I go to see Anger Management with one of her friends and her boyfriend (the friend's, not Deanna's... that was me then). We end up sitting in front of a row of teenyboppers. They keep on blabbing through the trailer, and the friend's boyfriend tells them all to shaddup. They do, for a couple of minutes, then start it up again. Now, the boyfriend in question is pretty built, and he's an RA. So he knows how to get idiots under control. Well, they keep talking, and he finally turns to them and says "you want to talk to someone? Come over here."

We're not sure if the teenyboppers got thrown out, or if they just left. We didn't really care, either.
