I can't believe I'm telling you all this... I'm... sexually attracted to my cousin. I am frustrated. Confused and dazed; I don't know what to do. She's 25, and loves me very much, and she knows I love her (but not *that* way). I... I don't know what to do. It buries itself under my skin and festers, like a tick. It itches; it burns. Why have been given a fate such as this? Really, I have no idea what to do about this. Should I tell her? She has no husband, and her boyfriend is a slacker and she loves me very much; should I tell her? What should I do? How do I go about resolving this? Please... it's becoming all consuming. I can't even think straight anymore.

I'm all for cousin love.. I mean, not personally (only have one female cousin, and I only remember meeting her once), but I don't see what's wrong with it.

However, no, you shouldn't tell her. You shouldn't be ashamed, but it'd just be weird, and you're not going to get any from her (as well you shouldn't.. the age difference is more alarming to me than the relation.) Just try to get pictures of her in the shower or something. And give them to me. But it'd just a crush, like having a hot teacher, and you'll get past it.

Yea, sure... it'll probably go away when you find a girl your own age. I'd only worry if you're really not attracted to anyone else.

First how old are you?

Second...I'd advise against telling her simply because if you told her she might get kinda weirded out by it and things may never be the same between you two. Sadly some crushes (which can turn into obsessions) can last for years. Try finding girls you go to school with and focusing on them more, or if you like any of them (even just a little) spend more time with them and hope that it grows to take your mind off of your cousin.

If I'm right there's a certain generation of cousin where it's like going out with a non-family member, but I still don't think it's a thing you should tell her.

Get some porn, quick. Practice panty shots in school. Do anything you can to keep your mind off her.

...Sick.

OK, what you do is DON'T tell her, and instead um... do what Cymoro said. But DON'T tell her... that's fucking sick.

EDIT: and please don't tell her... she'll think lesser of you. As would I to my cousin if any one of them told such a thing to me.

Marriage between cousins isn't genetically dangerous, nor is it considered incest. In the US though, people seem to get weirded out when I say it's ok... I don't know why...

Anyhow, she's 25 and you're 16, that's a big age gap, especially at that age... You're probably better off just dreaming about her than trying to let her know about your feelings

Whoa, Clocky, didn't know that...

Of course, I'm not going to judge you one bit. And you thought I had issues because I'm obsessed with Teen Titans...*sweatdrop*

Sadly, I kinda know what it feels like...

When I was reaching puberty years back, I had a crush on my cousin, too. It's not like I could HELP it or anything. I never acted on it- probably because some inner part of me knew it was just a crush. When you're older, your hormones cloud your judgement even more, and your dick starts trying to take over your brain...Kinda sad...

Anyway, turns out she ISN'T my cousin. I was biologically related to her at ALL- geez, I felt much better after I found that out.

But seriously, are you a lustful pig about it or something? I doubt it.

I mean, you can't control your hormones- can ya? For Din's sake, if somebody knows how, tell me!!

I've had crushes, and I've fallen. They're definitely different. Where I live, people date their cousins here and there because just about everybody here besides me is cousins with each other.

It's not too bad for the gene pool, but not too great, either.

But yea. Don't be ashamed- just remember that they're your hormones, and you have to control them. Your emotions and thoughts are much more important.

Yup, exactly what Destiny Smasher said. It's just your hormones and a crush. Im sure you'll get past it soon. Find some girls that you think are really hot at school to obsess over. I'm sure you can find some nice pictures of girls too to get ya mind of that kinda stuff. Since she isn't your age AND your cousin, you shouldn't let her know about it. She'd be sickened and look down on you. So it's best to keep it to yourself and find another girl to drool over.

LOL hormones are a funny thing, especally with boys. If you told your cousin you liked her she might take it as a family loving thing. But since she is a cousin i personally wouldn't tell them that you loved them like that. It could brake up families and she could take it bad and tell on you or find you groose. Maybe just keep a photo of her Or if you really can't live with yourself and you must have her tell her. You never know things could work out.

Wow, that makes it worse. The chance that she feels the same way is slim to none. Closer to non than slim. I would definitley try to find someone closer to your age, at leas that goes to the same school, not the same family reunion.
