| Without warning, it appeared in the sky. A massive structure of grey stone, with a massive closed wooden drawbridge in the front, sitting on a small floating island. It floated over the Arctic Ocean, at literally the top of the world. Of course, it earned the curiosity of many. But I'm not the narrator for "many", so others will have to recount THEIR quests (by replying =o) Imajin had gotten a freind with a spaceship to drop him off infront of the castle... Off: Goddamn... when I read the very first sentence, I thought it was straight from Lufia and the Fortress of Doom  Then, a man whose body was conceiled by a cloak appeared in front of Imajin. ????: If entering this building is your desire, then I shall help you do so. But only under two circumstances: you leave your friend there on the ship, and you honestly answer the question I'm about to ask. The mysterious man waited for some sort of response from Imajin. The cold air was circulating around the two men, but the cloaked one was willing to wait as long as possible for a response. Imajin finally nodded. ????: Very well. The question I present to you is this: Why do you desire to enter this building? |

Imajin followed the instructions and shut his eyelids. ????: now, open them. Imajin opened his eyes and found himself in a galliant hallway with a marble floor and gold columns. It was even colder in this place than it was outside. Imajin looked over and saw the mysterious man who had seemingly brought him into the building. ????: Well, Imajin, I have given you entry to this place, so now you can explore it at will. Just make sure you don't get lost... I must be off now. Imajin: Wait! How did you get me in here? ????: Let's just say I've been around this place long enough to know all the little minor querks about it. But really, I must be off. But it is almost inevitable that we shall meet again before your time is up. And with that puzzling statement, the mysterious man vanished behind one of the columns. Imajin ran behind the column but found nothing. Now he knew he was alone... |
