I have on my page (not my website, my desktop ) an iframe. I would like to use Javascript to refresh the page within this iframe from the parent window (the desktop). Sounds easy doesn't it? Hah! Apparently iframes have no methods whatsoever, and when trying to access [frame's name].src I get a 'permission denied' message. WTF? Why would I even need permission to refresh an iframe on my own page? (This of course is in IE, since it's the only thing you can use for the desktop.) So how do I refresh this dumb thing? |
