Open LM.
Open Your ROM
Extract the Graphics
Open the 8x8 Editor
Press Page Down
Edit the Nintendo Presents
Press F9
Insert the Graphics.

Lunar Magic doesn't have support for that, you'd have to use something else.

Try the misc text editor.
If that doesn't work, you'll have to change the tiles used yourself, and I'm afraid I can't help with that.

Or try Zachio's way. Somehow I was under the impression that the Nintendo Presents used the regular text tiles, but I may have been mistaken.

It's the first few tiles in the first standard sprite GFX file, try there.

You can't use Misc. Text Editor to edit the Nintendo Presents text. You have to export the graphics, open GFX00.bin (or AllGfx.bin if you're using joined files) in a tile editor, edit the text, save and insert the graphics.

TLP is a palette file... Download a tile editor like YY-CHR
http://www.zophar.net/trans/transutils/yy-chr_e.zip
Then extract the graphics by clicking the red mushroom. Go to YY CHR and open The file called GFX00 or AllGFX. Then edit the nintendo presents logo that should be in plain sight.

If you're using YY-CHR, make sure it's set to 4BPP SNES (the default is 2BPP NES).

As I recall SMW is actually 3BPP, but YY-CHR has no such option (a typo, perhaps?)
