Dunno how many of you were keeping up on the Killers, but you've heard they were a-fussin' and a-feudin' with the Bravery, right? Here's how things kicked off: * Killers frontman Brandon Flowers mocked the Bravery, pointing out that several of their members were in a ska band. * Bravery singer Sam Endicott called Flowers "a little girl" and "a kid in a wheelchair." As the feud escalated, we got choice lines, like Endicott's "Plus, [their bassist, Mark Stoermer] looks like a little Dutch girl with a beard. A nine-foot-tall, Dutch-girl mutant." And who can forget Bravery guitarist Michael Zakarin's quip? "If you have seen them live, they are incredibly boring. You remember what they used to look like? Then people started comparing them to us and suddenly they got a stylist. And Brandon frosted his hair and he's buying the cute pink jacket." Flowers took care of the Bravery rather handily with this knockout blow: "It's like with grunge: There were two or three bands that were going to make it — like Stone Temple Pilots, Pearl Jam and Nirvana — and then there were so many other bands that came and went. And that's how it will be with this," he said. "I hope we're one of those bands that comes out of it, not like a Candlebox." But there is a new contender! Seems the Killers done started something with Fall Out Boy, whose bassist Pete Wentz remarked about Flowers: "It's funny the way you talk about sharing an A&R guy like it matters." (Allegedly, the Killers have felt neglected since Fall Out Boy blew up.) He added "it's too bad you wrote a couple of good songs, otherwise it'd be that much easier to write you off." No retort from the Killers, but you KNOW there's going to be one. Ergo, you must pick a side. Whose side are you on? Killers? Bravery? Fall Out Boy? |

I'm going to have to go with The Killers. I do enjoy the music of all three of these bands, but I'm favoring The Killers on this one mostly because I like their music the best. Plus, I don't think The Killers really incited the beef with Fall Out Boy, it's mostly Pete from FOB being a dipshit about the whole A&R quandry. Besides, The Killers didn't even fire back at FOB for this. The Killers' drummer Ronnie Vanucci claimed he had nothing against Fall Out Boy and liked their song "Sugar We're Going Down." However, FOB didn't come to terms with this attempt at peace and wrote a song about it, titled "You're Not A Star Without The A&R." On the matter of The Killers vs. The Bravery, I'm leaning mroe toward The Killers on this one, not particularly on the issues of their beef, but being similar sounding artists, and I just flat out like The Killers better. It would be awesome to see a huge showdown between these three bands, although I know The Killers would get their asses kicked because they are very girly, especially Brandon . |

What the hell is wrong with ska? Does it affect their "rockness"? I really dislike Fall Out Boy and the Bravery seem fairly lame too. The Killers seem better, but I'm not that familiar with them; I listen to Ska. |

Yeah, I heard about how The Bravery called Flowers a girl I was like XD. "Sugar We're going down" I've only heard a few times but I actually did like some of the Killers's songs that they've came out with. So I'll go with them. |

I'm going to have to vote for Noel Gallagher on this one, even though he ain't really an alternative. I'm voting for him because it's so obvious that The Killers are so in love with him (which isn't a bad thing, though) that they not only try to copy his musical style, but they're also copying his feuds... What's next? The Bravery and The Killers launch a single on the same day or something?

I like the music video to that "I've got a soul but I'm not a soldier" ditty. But that's only because there are skantly dressed women. I generally put the TV on mute and put some hardcore porn on in the background for some atmospheric noise... I actually like the song "Honest Mistake". |

Yea, they all suck. The Bravery could be better without their shitty lead singer. The Killers are trying to fit into the whole indie scene but fail. And Fall Out Boy sucks.
